However, the operating voltage of most phone and laptop chargers is from 110V to 240. Consequently, you can take those things to Canada. Yes, you can drive in BC using a Sri Lanka driving license up to 90 days. It is better to bring International Driving Permit from the Automobile Association in Sri Lanka
If you come here as a PR, you will need to give a list of non-accompanied goods to the immigration officer and get it certified by him to get those goods later from Sri Lanka without any issue. Then, someone from Sri Lanka can send those through post or courier and you
