59 years old and excited to be buying a 2023 gas gas TXT 250. Been riding since 1973 enduros and motocross bikes. My last bike was a cr250 that was 6 years ago. I owned a Montesa cota approximately 7 years ago. The cr 250 just was too much bike for me as I aged and gained weight. So I'm really excited about the gas gas txt that I'm buying. I only wish it had electric starter because I don't have the lungs I once had to kick 20 times to start. Hopefully I will be able to start it after a few kicks

If you want an electric start, TRS250RR might be a better option for you if it's available in your local area.

This are the reviews that matter most. Pro riders speak to 1% and the majority prefer to know what it's really like from unbiased, common level perspective. Thanks for the video.

I recently picked up a 2023 Gas Gas 300 TXT Racing. Although, not new to motorcycling, I am brand new to trials riding. The bike is great. Only issue I have with it is the starting procedure. I cannot seem to start it with the left foot on the ground. I need to have the left leg on a step or on the peg when I start it. This I find a bit annoying. My son's Sherco 300 can be easily started with the left foot on the ground. perhaps I am doing something wrong? In either case, I love the bike. I fall into the category of fat older dude and am having much fun with it. Great video!

Gas gas has always been hard to start until you get used to it. Try putting it in gear, release the clutch and roll back. Then pull the clutch in and kick it.
