The most flavoursome bit of the chicken wrapped in tasty crispy hamstuff. Works for me! I have in fact enjoyed a dish with courgette and red pepper made for me by a woman from Naples, just a propos of a comment I just saw. I don't think it's SUCH a good idea to get snobby with a Master Chef on such things, even if he IS, as am I, unashamedly English. Come on guys, let's all have a happy Christmas! 🎄✨🌟👍
Courgette is French 🇫🇷 vive la France Zucchini is Italien 🇮🇹 bella Italia and Sommerkürbis (Summerpumpkin) is a German 🇩🇪 expression. The more you know… ☺️ 🇨🇭
Correct, from courg meaning marrow, which is what one is. The French gave the English most of their culinary terms so we'll stick with courgette when speaking the King's. Incidentally though, the Dutch also call it a courgette.
I don’t know how he always makes it look so fantastic, he is the best!!!

06:13 I think I can do without the honey, I'm not a big fan of random sweet stuff on food for no reason.
Perfect weather for it! Nice winter breeze in my garden

Watched you for years and so confused by a 'capsicum' and 'zucchini' from you. Essex has changed since I last ventured up country.
They're courgettes, not zucchini, you're English!
He’s in Australia, aiming the recording at the Australian market. We call the veg zucchini and capsicum - no French, no American names here
Your saying the name wrong!
Genial
Capsicum, you kiwi?
Who subbed because he thought you to cook and your family members liked it? I'm one of them if you're please gather here😊
your comment was so full of typos, could not make sense of it by the way :)
Zucchini!? I didn't know they spoke Americanese in Essex. Stop pandering to their audience Jamie, you're British!
It's the Italian, proper name for them
@sandrabrembilla467 good job he's British then and can say courgette.
And courgette is French
