I've never felt an urge to visit India. Mainly because I can't handle spicy foods. This channel alone makes me want to visit India... I'll just pack a TON of antacids!
You will get used to the spicy food
The food is not as spicy as you think especially in the north of India, the south's food is a little spicier (if by spicy you mean hot with chilli ).I found the food mild but I live in Thailand.
Gujarat's (western India) food are mainly sweet.....India is famous for different spices and masala. I suggest to visit India you will like spicy food.
Don't worry the food he make aren't that spicy... Its mainly mild spicy... Normally punjabi food you eat in rasturant are much spicy
I greatly enjoy watching your videos because of how organic they are. A few suggestions: Please mention at the beginning of each video the month and year it was made, to get an idea of the seasonal produce you are using, and to associate the sights and sounds of birds with the month of the year. Also, oil is too generic. I know peanut oil is what is commonly used in Gujarat. However, it is still worthwhile mentioning which particular oil is being used in your cooking each time. Your tavaa is also worth acquiring. Please mention where it was purchased, or is available from. Thank you!
