The exam pattern for IAT typically includes multiple-choice questions (MCQs) from the subjects of Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, as well as some questions that test the analytical and reasoning abilities of the candidates. The duration of the exam is usually 3 hours, total 180 marks. For correct answer you get 3 marks and for incorrect you get -0.75 marks. Each subject has 15 questions and total there are 60 questions.

@@annuyadav5959 IAT is an entrance exam used for admission in IISER. This year IISc also accepts this exam. It's for 240 marks. It consists of four subjects physics, chem, math, bio. Each subject has 15 qs. Each correct answer will be awarded 4 marks, incorrect answer will be -1 mark. JEE mains level prep would be sufficient for cracking this exam. If you didn't have bio, you can either skip it or study few important topics. I would recommend you to study 2 to 3 important chapters if you have time. It might help is answering few questions in bio

Sorry to say but you cant apply for IAT bcoz the most senior ones who can apply are those who have passed their 12th on 2022 and are on their 1st drop only .

Bhaiya Im a Neet student and i am scoring inbetween 560-70 ( _so there is less chance of getting a govt medical seat_ ) and now im trying for IAT ( *_last year my rank was under 9500_* )
can anyone devise me a good plan to get 90-100 marks in iat ( *_i am decent in Biology , i can solve 70% of physics questions on jee main level and yes im bit weak in ioc and oc as compared to phy_* )
