Top tier. I don’t say this lightly, amazing framing, editing, storytelling, sound design, audio, and color grading. The cuts and transitions into b-roll flow like butter. The black and white footage in b-roll is perfectly executed. I watched your older videos, and noticed that in this video you are using less jump cuts, out-of-place cross dissolves, and slide transitions. In my opinion, the ‘understatedness’ of clean cuts and cross dissolves (used in the right places and at the right speed) like in this video are way more classy/professional, are more compelling, and really allow for the footage to shine. Toward the end at the party, the transitions and the bokeh mix-in, although not normally my cup of tea, worked really well, and I actually thought it was really cool. So many people like to slap on funky presets and transitions into their videos for whatever reason, but this is an example of their proper use. Needless to say, I can see a clear improvement from your older videos to your new ones. The one thing that doesn’t make sense to me is your logo. With all due respect, I feel like the pineapple logo, although it perhaps may resemble you as a person, doesn’t resemble your style as a videography business at all. I’m sure you have your reason, but if your situation allows, I feel like a more simple and understated logo will do you more justice and better represent your professionalism and sleekness as a video creator. On the other hand, you got some good audience reactions and the groom raising his hand when the bride’s father called out for him during the ceremony. Those small little inclusions weren’t required, but goes out to show, along with the superb sound design, how devoted you are into the creation of this film. What an inspiring piece to watch. This is the style and caliber that I aspire to be at. Keep it up man.

I really appreciate the fact you noticed all the small things and improvement from my last videos. I will def consider changing my logo soon, I feel like I’ve out grown it and need to move on.
