The last one is a normal old man who broke his leg, and replaced it with a pool noodle. He would have gotten a prosthetic leg, but he already spent all his money on the fur suit head

“You’re Surrounded by Friends” sounds like the perfect title for a story based on these drawings. Definitely not creepy at all.

the face in the clouds frightens you at first.
it's wide grin stretches, almost as if it's amused at your fear.
"come along, buddy!" it calls to you in a friendly voice.
you walk. it's almost as if you never made the choice to. why not follow your new friend? it's not as if they're creepy.
the forest is dark, the sunlight blocked by the enormous trees. this is an old forest. and yet, somehow your new cloud friend always stays in sight.
it's comforting.
movement up ahead makes you pause. you glance up to your cloud friend. they have vanished.
the way up ahead is brighter. there is a clearing. you walk toward the light as if compelled by an outside force.
tiny anthropomorphic rabbits greet you, their little mouths stretched wide in open-mouthed grins. they beckon you with soft looking paws.
you look down. dozens of them gathered round you, about the size of toddlers, pulling at your clothes, prodding you forward, incessantly smiling.
you smile back. more friends.
in the center of the clearing is a dark pit. above the pit, a homemade banner stretches, "WELCOME HOME." how kind of them.
you step forward into the pit. the last thing you see is one final bunny, late to the party, a shadow in the distance. you hope they aren't too late. looks like they have a delicious pie.
you awaken face down. the ground beneath you is fuzzy. it's a carpet. the room you are in is dim. no, not a room. a hallway.
you look up. nothing at the end. you stand. a dark shape begins to move toward you.
it appears to be some kind of living being. a body shaped like a dumpling. tiny legs. you can't make out the face. it's friend shaped.
as it approaches, the light bleeding through the wooden slat walls falls across their face. an eye. it's wrinkled and blank looking. a pointed nose. teeth, set in a jarringly wide grin.
they're happy to see you.
the light glints off the knife in their hand. looks like you will be having pie after all.
the friend brushes past you. it's about waist high to you. they dont pause, but do look up to grin at you as they pass. how sweet.
you continue down he hallway.
doors start to appear. this hallway is longer than you thought.
you begin opening doors.
a well furnished bedroom.
a bathroom.
the third door you open is into a larger room than you were expecting. the vampires withing turn to stare at you. you close the door gently.
there is a door at the very end of the hallway with bright light spilling from underneath. you bypass all the rest of the doors to open it.
and step into warm white sand.
a figure lounges nearby. you step forward, trying to get the sun out of your eyes. it's a kitty. his face is soft and round and his eyes are filled with an almost flirty confidence. his toned body is bared to you, furless from the neck down.
his tanned skin is leathery. you imagine years of hard work. one of his legs is like a pool noodle, without detail or form, but the other, like the rest of his body, is lined with smooth lean muscle.
you notice suddenly the beach towel in your hands. you spread it next to his and sit down.
"Corona?"
"Don't mind if I do."

1: Including soft things, such as clouds, makes your drawing feel safe and approachable.
2: Cute animals. Everyone loves cute animals.
3: Use lighting techniques to set the mood.
4. Familiarity is safety. Draw something familiar, and your audience will feel safe.
5. Confidence.
I think they did it. They won the challenge. They won life. Life can be cancelled now. The Drawfee team mastered it.
Life being cancelled is always the end goal of the not-creepy. :D

Rules I’ve learned from this episode: 1. When animals get thumbs, furniture is the next step. 2. Take an inanimate object and add legs, it becomes a friend.

This episode is among my favorites. Every time I have trouble sleeping, I put this video on and I’m out before Jacob is halfway through his drawing (sorry Jacob and Julia). It has such chill vibes and it makes me feel like I’m hanging out with some good friends.

You should do "drawing pokemon from descriptions only"
Rules:
- someone will describe a pokemon to the drawer, who will draw based on the description. If they think they know which pokemon it is, they can say it, but the describer won't confirm until it's done.
- the describer can't use words that describe color, or words that compare the pokemon to something else (bird-like, dragon-like, rock-like, etc.). They can only describe form and traits. (To help with the color rule, make the image grayscale.)
- the describer obviously can't say its name
- pick more detailed pokemon such as legendaries for more fun!

At 8:38 the description of rabbits as “rodent adjacent” is actually pretty much spot on. Lagomorphs (rabbits and hares) are the closest group to rodents.

I know this is kind of breaking the rules you just put in place, but I'm going to give you the first two, and last two sentences from a book I just read. First "You want a story? Well buckle the fuck up." and last "The nozzles on the anti-intruder flamethrowers whooshed to life. She was instantly burned to death."

Well, after this, the crew should try drawing things that are unsettling.
What I love most about Drawfee is that Nathan, a real professional artist who is doing this as his actual job, just drew the most generic clouds in the universe, with a fun brush and every one is entirely okay with that. No shade, no attitude. Just fun and chill art. That's so inspiring to me, someone who overthinks everything and hates that their art skills aren't up to their own pointless made-up standards.
This reminds me of that one Drawfee episode where Julia started drawing a cute dog having a birthday party, but it ended up being a horrifying murder dog

I know now for a fact that I have reached the point of quarantine madness from which there is no return because the simple sight of Jacob's little onigiri friend doing a dance while the laughter of the drawfee crew echoes in the background has reduced me to but a cackling heap on the floor. I've been cry laughing on my fake wood flooring for a solid five minutes trying to remember how to breathe solely because a grown man manipulated an onigiri with legs on photoshop while going "do doo do do do doo do" while his friends laugh with him. While I am concerned as to what this means for me in terms of mental status and stability, there is a sort of freedom and power in knowing that the mere sight of people enjoying themselves and fooling around is more than enough to brighten my day. Now if you'll pardon me i must off to bed so that i might wake up with the sun tomorrow and study for my pathopharmacology final rewrite on Friday. There's also the floor plan I have to design for my friend's murder mystery wedding venue (online of course) and then there's the personal projects I have to work on. Yep, busy day ahead.
