Chris Christian they forgot about the success of polo red (1st edition) it was inspired by fast cars... if they are intuitive enough the notes should’ve more gasoline, blood orange, saffron, Amber, leather and tobacco... a bit of red rum will do as well...

My favorite scent from Ralph Lauren has to be the OG Polo red! I happen to test this one out at Macy's today and I was quite impressed with it. I found it to be quite intoxicating. Great video as always Carlos! Steven and yourself are definitely a dynamic duo
I have polo red intense and even though the scent is just ok, I bought it due to the fact that it has this fruit punch cranberry vibe that i like. I don't find myself wearing it that often due to the syntheticness (if that is even a word lol) of the scent. But I'm curious to know if this would be along the same realm of intense where it gives off a very synthetic vibe.
I like the difference in opinion it keeps you both honest, good take. My favorite is Polo double black by this house. Keep up the good work

My favorite is definitely Polo Red! Had one of those fragrance sets with mini versions of all the polos and red was definitely a favorite just not enough longevity. Hoping Intense has the same juice with a little stepped up performance!
Good colaboration video guys good chemistry between the two of you. My Polo faves are Polo Double Black, Polo Blue eau de Parfume, and Polo Red Intense. Psyched to smell this one.

Safari is an underrated gem. It smells like a cool grandpa. It performs well and the pretty lesbian 20 something year old, thought it smelled so good. It will remain in my collection. The dry down is the one in Safari.
Polo Black is my favorite from RL. I need to get my nose on this one. Nice review guys!

my favorite Ralph Lauren I've tried is Polo Supreme Oud but Polo Red is my favorite traditional release.

Polo Black is extremely underrated. it's in my top 5 for sure. Just a nice Mello mango note on top and fades to a classy smell. I get major compliments with it. But my favorite is Aventus. It's so unique. The king for sure.

Carlos and Steven, as much as I enjoy your individual reviews, I really like how you two tag team on these reviews as well. Recently ordered a 1 oz of the Intense and Extreme, and really dig mixing these two in my fall rotation of scents.
Sweet, tempered by a fruity blood orange with an hint of ivory wood.
The combination is comforting and subtly suggestive.
I might try layering it with Dior Fahrenheit, which I wore when I purchased Red Extreme..
I sometimes wear a main fragrance on my upper body and an accent fragrance on the back of my left hand.

Polo Red Extreme on skin is super different from paper strip. I tested on my skin. The coffee scent started to shine very nicely after about 10 minutes. I also sprayed on a paper strip at the same time too, but it stayed fruity sweet for hours with minimal coffee scent. Then the next morning I sniffed the strip again. That was when it smelled similar to the day before on my skin. I think the paper texture held the fruity note longer than it was on skin.
Anyway, I really enjoy Polo Red Extreme and now considering to buy a bottle of it.

Just smelled it out of a spring fragrance magazine and I'm in love. It's sweet but manly in the background. It reminds me of Banderas spirit, the way it settles down into this soft scent but stays with you all day. I see that in this fragrance. I'm purchasing a 2.5 bottle this friday. Smoky sweet and this Las vegas heat will bring it out to play. Great review. Though whether this was a negative review, I still would be purchasing this. These kind of scents last on me. I should wait for the price to go down, but I won't, I'm very impressed. Plus, I have to get this out the way, so I can get Polo blue(EDP). Polo blue was already a beast, so I'm sure the EDP version is going to rock.
I was never into the Polo Red series myself until Red Intense came out. Red Extreme was okay, but didn't blow me away. My favorite fragrance from the Ralph Lauren line would have to be Supreme Oud. Criminally underrated!!! I would love to win that decant, Carlos. From Columbus, OH.

Despite their weak performance I really like polo fragrances. Red intense has been my favorite but I also love Blue and Big Pony 4.

Great review. I'm convinced the reason scents like this don't last or project with me for long is because of my fluctuations in body heat and chemistry. My skin pH is acidic, so acidic things (freshies) burn off quickly. And if the weather is humid, I don't even bother with freshies. I just reach for Aventus and get on with the day. Lol.

Maybe you should try on clothes. Since the sweet fragances are more in cold days and we are layering in clothes fragances on skin kind of gets stuck by them. If you want a closer fragance spray near to the neck clothes only. Unfortunally not all fragances smell as nice on clothes as in skin. Altough i do think summer fragances are the ones that change the more to the better in skin. At least thats what do happen with my skin.
I was never to keen on Ralph Lauren except for Romance. That was my sig. scent for years:)

I had Polo Red, I took it back. I might have put to much on.
It was warm out that day. I gave a .25 bottle to a friend at work.
He put some one . People complained .It didn't smell good at all on him either.
I like basil, but for some reason the way it's used in Polo's Red just doesn't sit well
on my skin. I did like Polo Blue though.

I sprayed a card at Macy's, brought it home, and left it on my bedside table. For 3 days I'd notice this wonderful smell and remember the sample card. This stuff lasts!
I have polo red and red intense...I tried extreme and to me it smelled exactly like intense. I felt it would be a redundant buy. The bottle looks great so I believe it was put out as a money grab. I was expecting more of the coffee note and just couldn't find it. Love the reviews....don't forget to mention what seasons you would wear them for...thanks.

I love polo red intense
I wanted to like this but didnt because I was hoping that the coffee note was gonna be extreme but its not and the blood orange doesnt come threw all the way either. Its like the coffee note and the blood orange are coming threw but before you get the full effect of each note they clash with each other and stop each other from reaching their peak, if you get what I mean.

Polo original classic is great too. Ladies love the manly strong smell. It has good projection and longevity too.

Ooooh this is a different one.. I was thinking intense... Geez can't even keep track... I really liked Red INtense, the performance seemed very good and the smell was kind of addictive.. First impression I really liked it. reminds me of ultramale or some other fragrances.. but I thought it was a good one...I wonder if id like this one as much sounds weaker than the intense version. I like black, sport, double black, and red intense. .. Id have to say my two fav's from the line are polo red intense and black.

Definitely keep the collaboration going. I really enjoy it! My favorite Ralph Lauren is probably going to be the only mention in the comments, and that is Safari. I love it. I had a little bit of this juice back in the day and I am going to get another bottle. My honorable mention is another obscure one from RL, Polo Crest. Probably discontinued, but not sure.

I love Polo Blue Eau De Parfum! Would you guys consider doing a review on American Crew Classic Cologne? It basically smells like all their hair and grooming products if you guys have ever smelt them. It's a unique smell in my humble opinion and I would love to see your guys' take on it! It's only like 20 dollars lol but it smells sooooooo gooddd!
