Generally speaking these days for $3 or less, I start at $100, for $5 I do $100 or $200 depending on my mood, and for $8 or $10 maybe $200 to $400 depending. There's no hard and fast rules for this, but I try and start with enough to give myself a chance for a bonus!
I pan up to the marquee at the beginning and end of a video to show that I'm playing an actual machine, and not playing on the computer for example. A lot of fake videos out there!
