Barsha is a successful actress and I would expect Sanjog be respectful to her. I heard him using words Tna, talai etc which might be okay for the time being since you guys are in marketing phase currently but Sanjog ji needs to remember the same word after marriege could be perceived differently and have cause if divorce. She is the prettiest if not sweetest girl in the Nepalese film industry in my opinion and deserves some respect I believe:). Regardless of her prettiness and what she is doing, a married couple are meant to have equal respect unless you believe on this is a male dominated world and you like the way it is. Just my two cents, it's all up to you. You will get what you deserve though:) However, good luck to both of you!
