@@arronmunroe I just did what you suggested, and you were right. Apparently all I had to do was change the frequency. That solved all the problems I was having. Thanks a lot, man!
Yeah I used to do that! Hit the cones on the first lap then dive into the secret part to the left just before the last right hander on the last lap, you get a separate timer come up and you have to knock down as many cones as you can to get the high score! Sega used to do great Easter eggs. In Daytona you could put a cheat in to make the car a horse and on Manx TT you could make the bike a sheep! 😂
@Alessandro venturini yeah mate I'm running the supermodel gui. Right click on the app and go into compatibility mode then go into change high DPI setting you see program DPI use this setting to fix scaling problems for this program instead of the one in settings. Tick the box mate. Further down the page you'll see high DPI scaling override tick that box to mate apply and save obviously. You can now run in 4k on 4.3 or 16.9 without the picture going all messed up mate it looks amazing obviously you have to have a 4k TV for 4k or 1080p tv for 1080p.

Currently, the latest version is 0.3a SVN r865. I probably used something around SVN r775 for this video. Also, I would suggest using the option -ppc-frequency=100, because the cpu is underclocked in the emulator by default. I'm using an NVIDIA graphics card, but I'm not sure if that matters.
@@arronmunroe I just did what you suggested, and you were right. Apparently all I had to do was change the frequency. That solved all the problems I was having. Thanks a lot, man!
I remember playing this at a bar/arcade in Dublin. Unfortunately the steering wheel resistance was broken.
i loved the dreamcast version captured those speedy turns
This and the 1st game had great car physics for its time.
0-60 is a faster than the Nissan GT-R
This game is pretty legit. It’s really not even a bad looking game for that matter.
at 5:22 there is a left secret turn to a cave, you hit some cones for extra points while tine freezes for a while
Yeah I used to do that! 😂
I love how the most replayed part of this video is the "GAME OVER, YEEEEEEEEEEEAH!"
あのめっさ動くシートでようやったわぁ‼️しかも100円で‼️そこのゲーセンその横にレイブレーサー(?)の3ペダル+Hパターンの6速があったりして走りゲーの良い時代だったなぁ😢
Finally got it running in 4k without the screen going large. Fucking amazing game. Daytona 2 and scud race in 4k to
@Alessandro venturini yeah mate I'm running the supermodel gui.
@Alessandro venturini let me know how you get on mate
@Alessandro venturini did you get it working correctly mate
The credits music is fantastic
Damn that looks so sharp still
Looks way better than the Dreamcast version.
Really
This is poetry!
This is better than a lot of ps4, xbox one games!
