- I decided to make a cigarette roller machine because I saw a modell on Instagram and that was very cool and unique. It took 7 working days to design and prepare. As we only work on conventional machines the gears were a big challenge. The end result is surprised as the structure really works!

My brother in law had one like that and what an feast for eyes to recreate it - really inspiring work!
Thank you so much bro!
My friends always called me lazy because I'd use an XL roller to roll our blunts.
They were perfect blunts every time.
I don't admire that😎
doesn't make you not lazy, lol
It was possible to introduce bearings there, or replace the goose bolts with special bolts that would very accurately center the shafts and slide there, you can use graphite grease .. or make them from brass .. And also install gears, instead of homemade ones, you can buy them for every taste and size .. Or make it yourself with the help of a dividing machine .. in general, you can already make the second prototype perfect, and also replace the diamond-shaped knurling with a straight one so that the paper runs smoothly, this will allow you to twist the tobacco sticks, which will hold on their own, and not fall apart, and then just stick paper there, which will cover this tobacco "rod" and wrap it around, which will make a tighter package.
I completely agree with you! this is a prototype piece with a lot of room for improvement. in terms of operation, it performed well, but the paper gets wrinkled and it is not easy to get the tobacco out from under the rolls. in the second model, I will eliminate all errors and it will work perfectly!
@@Matthews_Tools Cant w8 2C IT
@@Matthews_Tools Would be totally willing to buy your 2nd Gen. Do you have a website to sell?
@@Matthews_Tools as a smoker with 20 y experience rolling, *make it easily cleanable*, preferably so it all comes apart by hand without too many tiny parts that can go down drainholes, and keep in mind you are dealing with dead plant matter that has nicotine in it. It will get unbelievably filthy in very short order and looks like undercarriage of a lawnmower with any sort of knurling coming into contact with dead leaves if it's to be usable past curiosity :p
Exceptional work regardless, biggest problem even the best rolling machines have are tolerances failing, fully metal construction just eliminates that, but cleaning becomes an issue. Tobacco leaves sticky residue on everything it touches, this prototype would be probably be the best roller ever until it jams up and that doesn't take that long either.
A+
I made my own cigarette rolling using tiny rubber rollers from a broken inkjet rolling machine. I used three of them like yours, but used a a piece of vinyl round them. It's a basic design found on really cheap manual rollers.
omg...an actual real machinist 🤯
So roll, roll, roll my joint, pick out the seeds and stems, Feelin' high as hell flyin' through Palmdale, Skatin' on Dayton rims.
Finally! Someone who knows how to use a file correctly! He doesn't saw back and forth like a lot of people do, but goes in the direction of the cut and doesn't drag it back and forth and dull the file teeth!
Thats a myth, fireball tools on youtube did a video on it
@@Driftkart Not completely a myth. ToT also did a video on it and he came to the conclusion that sometimes it doesn't matter if you drag the file back and sometimes you mustn't. It all depends on what you are doing.
your overlapping gears just inspired me to fix a design challenge I'm having. absolutely awesome.
Thank you dude!
Oooohhh shit.....!!! Look very cool👍👍👍👍
Thank you!!👌
Beautifully overbuilt
i making cigar roller machine with plastic materials. but you made it so rare and special. good job !
Thank you! 👍
3D print?
Finally a blunt roller
That's it
I love that it looks like a coffin
Cool man!
That was satisfying to watch.
In my Zoltar imagination, you make one every year until it is of jeweler quality and scientific precision. The series representing the development of your passion & skill .
Thank you man! this was just the beginning, after that I gained more experience and started mass production, which I can produce in much better quality on CNC machines
Now that is a work of art!
This is a project from an admirer of well gone era, or a person with a passion for smoking, love the work bud, this is a great project, id love to have one, I suck at rolling, always have lol
Thank you bro!
1 word: Brilliant. 👌😊🚬
Thank you!👍 🚬👌
Beautiful work!!! I'd love to own something like this
Thank you!👍
@@Matthews_Tools where can i get one please
You can ordes soon! I will let you know if it's possible
@@Matthews_Tools pls....qnd maybe how much will it cost me. 😞
your hand...from angel...goodwork.. nice.. awesome!
Thank you!
Very clever
Hoping to buy these one day, thank you for the amazing video and let me know if you ever share the plans!
that thing is excellent, masterful work! i want one
Thanks! You can buy soon if you want
The machining is very cool. The usefulness is a 2 out of 10 compared to a simple rolling machine you can buy for $4.
Would a 4 dollar roller last a lifetime, get passed down etc?😅
Hell I want one and I don't even smoke.
@@Chvelle68 RAW rollers. You are welcome. And PS, this roller does not work, take a closer look.
OMG 😱 that's cool 😎
Ma sei il Number One!
grazie
Geniooo
Wow, This is very awesome! Nice job bro
Demasiado trabajo implementado para un instrumento que sirve para una tarea tan sencilla que es armar un cigarro.
its operation is the point
Haven't even seen the vid, already subbed, i love machining and manual manufacturing vids
Thank you buddy!
Wery well craftet.
Thanks!
Interesting contraption.
Thanks!
Cigarette rolling machine? Of course it is 😉
of course what else ;)
Rendesen ki van használva a tanműhely! ❤ Szép munka! Viszont a tolómérőt nem "illik" jelöl3sre használni, van erre való szerszám ☺️
Hi, bro it looks amazing. Is that possible to share solid models i want to make same one
Thank you! unfortunately, I designed it on paper, but soon I will design it on solid and I can send it to you
@@Matthews_Tools thank you so much. I’ve searched too much to buy vintage cuncinnum roller but i couldn’t find
superb....
is this in any way shape or form available to purchase in a slightly *ahem* kind of ... king skin size? the design is absolutely solid, great work my friend!
God damn I've been running around eBay and Etsy looking for one like it. Can't find any for sale!
it will be available on my webshop soon and will be available in all sizes, also by individual order! I will let you know if you are interested. thank you my friend!
👏 BRAVO. 👍
Thank you!👍🚬
Nice work on that "cigarette" roller. I haven't seen that design before.
thank you! this was the prototype, the next model will be more accurate and work better
Could you make a tapered roller so it would roll more of a cone?
Wow.. Like the Veteran. Could I buy this ? , i really want it .. thank you Matthew
Yes you can buy soon! production is already underway, I will let you know if I can order
"Magyar vagy" 😎👌

@@Matthews_Tools well, thanks guys
Omg this is brilliant😲

Yes that is👌
Do you have the plans you made, got inspired and now I want to make one myself based on your design😄
I can send it soon, now we will rewrite the drawing and fix a few things
@@Matthews_Tools Okey, I will look forward to be making one myself, it's just such a simple and nice design, but still such a beautiful design😊
My question is, was that steel or aluminum? That little hand knife you used makes me think it's aluminum, because even with mild steel, you would have to use a fine tooth file to remove the burrs.
No those things work on mild steel and stainless steel too
the box is made of aluminum due to its light weight, and the wheels and gears are made of steel to reduce wear and tear
You can tell it’s aluminum if it curls when it’s cut
great job, buddy👍
Its a piece of art. Go commercial.
Thank you! That is the plan! development and production are still ongoing
Omg, that is so cool! Awesome work! I would totally buy one if you actually sold them.
thanks bro, I hope if you have success later I can give it to you!
Would you really? Let me know!
Are they for sale?
@@Matthews_Tools any plans to sell them. I would love to get one for a present.
Aw jeez .... can't anyone roll their own weed these days? Lol!

amen 🙏❤
A cigarette roller machine shaped like a coffin, how apropos.
Yes definitely!
How do I get one of these ,it's for a friend who was in an accident and only has the use of one hand
that's bad to hear. Production is still in progress, I will let you know as soon as it is available
@@Matthews_Tools thank you Matthew
cool design! I, however, am an expert at hand rolling...so i would never need a rolling machine.
Thanks! I also prefer to roll by hand, it can be much faster and bigger
What trade are you in? Good work
Thanks! mechanical engineering technologist
Cool
Thanks
Are you selling these? If so where and when can I purchase? For some reason I can’t find these anywhere in the US 😢
Yes i sell, serial production is already underway and will be ordered as soon as it is available!
Wow
great!
Are they ready yet? I would like one.
Will it roll left handed cigarettes?
Every kind of cigarettes
is there any plans to sell some of these? I've been looking for a roller just like this for the longest time!
Yes, I will make a webshop where you can buy this model
Where can get plans to make one myself 👌
this was the prototype, the regular drawing is now being made of it. good idea!
Yeah thats a good "cigarette" roller
Sieht mir nach einem Lehrprojekt aus, wenn mich nicht alles täuscht ;)
And if i'm wrong and you're not german:
Nice little project
Best wishes from a cutting machine technician (CNC miller)
Thank you! This is a safe of my own design, but I did it as a project work for school.
@@Matthews_Tools yeah, i meant like that, i know back from the vocational training you could reach in own custom project for your final exam!
Had a classmate who build a whole engine as final, he had to make it from scratch (design etc.) that was nuts (and he was aswells as myself "just" a cnc-miller)
Tbh. he had help from their designer but nevertheless, was really cool.
Er kommt aus Ungarn. Steht in den Kanalinfos und ist auch anhand der Beschriftungen auf den Werkzeugschubladen zu erkennen.
How Can i buy this amazing product ?

special ... how to have the tool. is it for sale?
Yes. Soon it will be
Je suis à la recherche d'une de ces machine en tube élégante pour offrir à Noël ou puis je en acheter une?
we have already started serial production and you can order from us soon!
Насколько мне известно, сначала просто насыпаншь табак и крутишь. Затем закладываешь бумагу , закрываешь, смачиваешь край, крутишь. Тогда акуратнее получается.
yes, but for that you also need tobacco that does not clog the rollers, unfortunately I didn't have it
That's so cool.. this is a brilliant idea. If you would sell this I buy one.
I will send you if I'll have more
thank you :)
@@Matthews_Tools can i bought it?
@@nopalpilek1834We'll create more so yes, but this is the prototipe. 👍

Amazing
Thanks bro!
Cigarettes? is that what we call it now XD
Haha definitely :D
I think I may have seen the same model you did that inspired this project, did you ever find anymore more info on that style of cigarette roller? I have only been able to find a few extra pics and very small video, but no real documentation. I would greatly appreciate if you could send me in the right direction!
I have already seen a similar model and wanted to make one myself. obviously not perfect yet but it works
we can roll blunts with these. nice.
it has already been used a few times😎 thanks!
Is there any way to make a rolling machine from a 3D printing machine at all?
I think it's possible, but I'm not sure if it would work as well as metal
When can make order for this nice machine ?)
Did you sell the machine ? Where i can get it ?
what is the diameter of the blue circle, which has 6 points?

I want to make it too
Hello! unfortunately, I can't give you an exact answer right now, as we are now changing the distances according to the standard cigarette filter. I'll let you know as soon as I have it
Реально круто))
Спасибо👍
I’m just here to see if your selling this yet.. 😅 I’ll buy when available!!
you can order soon, I just have to solve the production and webshop operation!
by the way I appreciate this 🙏
Good
Thanks
Would you consider to make one to sell? 😃 I'm looking for a non plastic roller. I was trying to find a wooden roller with leather as the rolling section, but it's not easy to find...
How much would you charge to make one of these?
there will be many pieces of it, it is already in progress and you can even buy a cigarette roll made of brass!
