Storm surge appears when 70 players above are alive in 2nd zone moving and when 50 above players are alive in 5th zone thats when it appears and if it shows ur below it means u need to damage or else u will get hit by surge
Colt Morrison you get a storm surge warning s how much damage you need to deal or have dealt. If you are below storm surge you have to deal that amount or more damage so you don’t lose health.
I think u shud do a full VOD review of MES Obito from ME. He is very consistent and also play on high ping. This shud be a good oppurtunity to learn how u coud pop off even on high ping.
