For 5kg mass
5g-T=5a
For 3kg mass
T -3g =3a
Because the body will fall down as 5kg is heavier than 3kg
5kg moves downwards and 3kg will move upawrds
Equating both equation we will get T as 37.5
Then using the formula breaking stress equal breaking force by area
Put Breaking force as 37.5
After some calculation we will get Radius as 12.5 CM ( in between there will be a square root : the square root of 156 is approximately 12.5 )
