- 7/5/23: Mets starter Kodai Senga delivered 8 strong innings with 12 strikeouts. With the Mets trailing 1-0 and down to their final strike, Francisco Alvarez delivered a game-tying solo home run. Baty like we have good players here the bullpen that wouldn’t stop blowing games and the starting pitching was the issue the Bullpen has been handled pretty good but not the Starting Pitching Senga is our best player lol regardless if McNeil Lindor and others have seasons like they did in 2022 then I think the Mets could sneak into the playoffs

The 2023 team with a healthy rotation and closer to start the season would of been an 88-90 win team.

I was at that game along with many of my fellow Mets fans. I thought it was over when Alvarez looked so bad on his swings...except for one...Then Canha smokes that deep drive. It was beyond awesome.
