Well bro the reason u didn't get it is very stupid because the reason is you are not in USA😂
JUst make a vpn connect it to USA and refresh ur privacy tab boom you will have it.(Ofc your phone and email has to be verified

you need to have your phone number verified and be in one of the following regions to access voice chat : US, CA, UK, AU, NZ, ES, MX, CL, CR, PR, FR, DE
i think your account has to be 13 + too
if you aren't in one of the regions you'll just have to verify with an ID
