Tip: if this is too advanced, mess around with the blurs and smudges
Messing with blurs and smudges too much makes everything look lazy and ugly

After I did the tutorial it didn’t look the same as the video but I used the smudge tool with the brush “Round Brush (point)” Going both directions making it look more like hair helped my edit
