I tried doing UberEats in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, and on a Thursday during the lunch "rush" I was getting offers of $3 for 12 miles. I did it for about 3 hours and made $10 that day. Maybe it was the day that was bad. I was in a pretty good area with tons of restaurants, but the offers came in so slow. Sometimes I'd wait 20 minutes just to get a delivery. I switched back to just doing Uber and I've made a consistent $20/hour. In Phoenix I was doing Uber and was averaging $28/hour, but I chalk that up to cost of living differences.
@@yevvo5110 I took screenshots, they were horrendous. It might have something to do with Texas' minimum wage being $7.25. There's bad Uber rideshare offers occasionally where its less than 50 cents/mile, but typically I get around 70 cents to a dollar/mile, but there's a lot of dead zones because of how the city is spread out so it can take a bit to get a decent trip again.

Has it always been like that or have these been the results for you during the past 30 days? In the Salt Lake City area where I deliver, most of September things were as busy as previous years, however, the last couple weeks it has been slower than the summer months for me.
@@QuizHeavenTriviawithJonasIt's been pretty consistently bad for me. I only started in late July , so I blame the first month on learning how to do this. September had a small uptick. But I have given up this month. I'm not going back out until November.
@@matthewarredondo but where’s the lie? To say he’s stringing together a week’s worth of screenshot is silly cause he’s already show screen recordings of his earning straight from the apps. And also as someone in the Boston area, it pops OFF and if you put that much effort in, you def can make it. I only don’t cause I’m not willing to drive in the city, but I can easily make $300-$400 in the zones I do work in, if I put in the solid 8 hours a day and don’t slack off. There’s also an extensive amount of mansions around here 1-3mil and up that usually tip very generously, I’ve even delivered to 10-20 mil dollar homes. Just show where he’s falsified, but again, I’m not sure how videos of his phone, scrolling through the apps, or just still shots, are doctored.
