Kyōka Suigetsu (鏡花水月, Mirror Flower, Water Moon)
Kanzen Saimin (完全催眠, Complete Hypnosis; Viz "Perfect Hypnosis") is the primary technique of Sōsuke Aizen's Shikai, Kyōka Suigetsu.
Kanzen Saimin controls the five senses to the point where it can make the target misinterpret another person's form, shape, mass, feel, and smell to be an enemy's. The initiation condition for the hypnosis is to show the enemy the release of Kyōka Suigetsu. After seeing it just once, this person will completely succumb to the hypnosis. Afterwards, every time it is released, this person will fall under the thrall of the hypnosis. The hypnosis is long lasting. Because the spell works when one sees the ritual, those who cannot see are consequently immune to the hypnosis. When Aizen turns off the hypnosis by force of will, the image shown melts away or shatters.
The Kanzen Saimin is absolutely flawless; even if the target is aware of being under the hypnosis, they cannot resist its influence. The hypnotic abilities of Kyōka Suigetsu make it a highly useful tool in combat, for Aizen can create simple or complex illusions to deceive his opponents. For example, by creating a decoy of himself, or other illusions to distract his opponents, Aizen can hide his own movements and attack with impunity. His opponent will remain focused on the illusion until it is too late to react.
While the illusions Kyōka Suigetsu creates are quite powerful, those with considerable power and skill themselves may be able to note slight differences in the illusions compared to the real thing, even if they are not able to determine what exactly is different. 4th Division Captain Retsu Unohana detected something was amiss with Aizen's fake corpse, even though she did not realize what it was until seeing Aizen alive.

Sentan Hakuja (千反白蛇, Thousand-Coil White Snake) is a Kidō spell. A long, white piece of cloth is spun around to incorporate targets within its coils. As the cloth tightens, with a white flash, it teleports the targets to another location.

-In the manga, Hitsugaya asks Aizen how long he and Gin have been conspiring, and when Aizen replies that they have done so from the beginning, Hitsugaya assumes that this is referring to the period of time before he faked his death, only for Aizen to admonish him for not catching on very fast; here, Hitsugaya assumes from the start that they were conspiring just prior to the faking of Aizen's death without Aizen answering him vaguely, and Aizen does not insult his intelligence.
-In the manga, Aizen remains standing prior to cutting down Hitsugaya, who does not successfully perform any attacks prior; here, he evades an attack and leaps onto the platform across from Hitsugaya, who seemingly impales and freezes him, only to discover he attacked an illusion, before cutting Hitsugaya down.
-In the manga, Unohana and Isane do not arrive until after Aizen cuts down Hitsugaya; here, they arrive as Hitsugaya is confronting Aizen, though they do not do anything.

man, 13.25 goes SO HARD for me, i love this episode, Aizen's VA is one of my favourites ever, it wouldn't be the same without this insanely good voice, everytime i hear Aizen's voice i recognize it from the first sentence, that's how iconic it is for me.

Aizen is one of the greatest villains in all of anime and best part is that there's nothing redeemable about him. That can work admittedly like Zeref from Fairy Tail who is a great villain because he's a Tragic Villain but not in Bleach. Aizen's a megalomaniacal psychopath but his inhuman control of himself allows him to put his super-genius intellect (third smartest in the verse) to full effect without impulse or morality getting in the way. Combined with an absolutely broken Shikai power and his immense strength that makes Bankai irrelevant and he makes the Uchiha from Naruto look like a joke in the area of manipulation and illusions.

While she could never beat Aizen, a fight between Unohana and Aizen with no one holding back would be amazing and I doubt that even with Kanzen Saimin that he would get away unscathed.

The question now is why is Gin loyal to Aizen? Tosen can be trusted by Aizen because he's loyal despite the lack of hypnosis or the need to use force so why would Aizen trust Gin and why would Gin serve Aizen knowing that Aizen can control or kill him whenever he wants?
I wonder if Ichibei, Ywach and even the soul king fell into kyoka suigetsu just by monitoring the soul society from their respective places.

12:27 Aizen is hella outta pocket but that’s what makes him perfect at being evil. Also Aizen vs Unohana is one of the few fights I would pay to see animated. It’s very noteworthy that Unohana noticed something was wrong with the false corpse when no other medic did it shows an unexpected knowledge of the body after death 🤯

When Kira is running away Hitsugaya asks who let him and and he replies "Why, Central 46, of course" I believe that Aizen used his power to make Kira see Central 46 alive and running as usual.
Unfortunately for you Kira, you brought a sword that increases weight to a sword that turns to ash fight.
Aizen's power is OP and while he can't control the actions of people he can make them see, feel, hear, smell, and taste whatever he wants them to.

Unohana is a dangerous powerful captain, she seems all nice and polite and all and is the captain of the medical squad of the 13 court guard squads but she is the oldest captain if we exclude the head captain yamamoto
