Everything in this video wouldn’t be possible with the actual ship as most of it was filmed on sets. The way I got it to flip was to put lots of weight at the top of the ship, causing it to roll. With the Poseidon you will just need to wait and see!

Use a tsunami for capsizing scenes, then quickly spawn a whirlpool while it's on its side and then cancel it once it goes fully flipped over.
