With your ultrasound picture, I would scan the photo and hang the scanned photo up and keep the original in an envelope or dark spot… the sunlight WILL over time fade the ultrasound. I learned the hard way 😢

Yellow isn't calming in a babies room. For some reason (studies have shown) that babies cry more in yellow rooms than any other colour. I found this out too late, after I had colour drenched the entire room in yellow and my first born decided to prove the theory correct! 😂
You can add baby q-tips in the clear glass baby container you thrifted 🩵
The cube Baby vessel would be cute to hold some needs by your bed for ease after birth! Like creams, chapstick, snot sucker, etc. ♥️

I can't wait until I finish our room and the living room. I live with my boyfriend our friend and his girlfriend. We have this wall in the living room that's really ideal for a gallery wall. I want to take memories that they have made and ones that my boyfriend and I have made and make it something special for all of us. We hosted our very first game night this past Saturday and it was fun! Can't wait to do more of them and get creative when it comes to snacks and stuff like that. Definitely will be watching some of your older videos to get some ideas! I just love where I'm at right now in life. And I couldn't be happier. Thank you for sharing the elderberry jam also!

Interior design tips...
1. Don't pick paint before other things.. you can match the paint to soft furnishings, but the other way around is difficult.
2. Number frames and paper so you know whats what. But also you need to mix the frames concerning colour, shape, texture etc.. not just sizes. Also the photos inside need to be ballanced with each other. Doing the pictures in the frames first, then laying them out on the floor until they look like you want is better to do BEFORE paper placement on the wall.
Ps. You can do 75%fruit/25% sugar jam. You just need more lemon juice etc to get it to thicken.

I ate elderberry jam almost every morning during pregnancy. So good for your immune system!
I love making a compote/jam with frozen wild blueberries just using the blueberries and chia seeds! As the frozen fruit defrosts in the pan I smash it down a bit to release juices and the chia seeds suck up the liquid and gets a nice texture ☺️ I’ve never had to add sugar!

I love your videos but I wanted to share I love using half monk fruit and half sugar for the recipes I make! I feel like when just useing half its not as “bad” for you😌so you can eat giult free of all the sugar while still having the classic flavor and tastes. Most often you can’t even tell a difference in flavors or texture! Love monk fruit 🥰

Just a reminder to everyone- literally no one lives like this lmfao frolicking in a garden and making jam and doing arts and crafts. This girl is selling a false lifestyle. Don’t look at her life and be upset. It’s not real
If you were talking about anyone else I might be inclined to agree with you.. but not Allison. Her lifestyle is aspirational.. tranquil but with a fair share of adventure, leisurely, wholesome. It's a blessed one but it's not unattainable.. and it is certainly well deserved. I think I speak for much of her audience when I say we enjoy watching her videos. Allison is not boastful. She doesn't incite envy. She doesn't make anyone feel less than. Her vlogs are just inspiring. You feel like you're living vicariously through her. She is so wonderfully bright, creative and an amazing light in an increasingly dark world. Now I'm not a massively happy go lucky person.. I have cynicism about the world creeping in where I really shouldn't. When I watch Allison's content it's a reprieve. She is so pure and genuine and her excitement and wonder for the world moves me.
Everybody has different enablements and privileges in life.. just as there are some barriers and hardships. Allison does TH-cam for work so this is her job. She can spend time this way. It absolutely is real.. it's not performative or a show. I've watched her channel for years and each vlog picks up on a project she has underway. She is always going somewhere, working on something new. Just making progress and staying active. It might represent an idealistic lifestyle over a realistic one for most of us but it's not false. Anyway... the average person could totally do arts and crafts, frolic in a garden, make jam. Maybe not everyday and not all at once but this really isn't so crazy! x

I appreciate that Allison never tries to sell products like most influencers and she doesn't use her vlog as a sounding board like many vloggers do now, which isn't content. Allison is actually producing high quality content with excellent editing, touches of beauty and great music. This is what I appreciate and why it is worth my time to watch. I also appreciate that she shows herself reading the Bible, mentions attending church on Sunday, and her husband wears a Cross. I see that the true source of light, joy, and peace in their lives is Jesus Christ, and Allison shows this without preaching. To paraphrase St Francis, "Spread the Gospel and sometimes use words." I also see her spreading the Gospel when she carried her cross going through the very, very difficult situation that she went through recently. Allison and her husband are great role models, which are hard to find online and offline these days.

Faith is an anchor and without it you risk getting swept away by the tides of life. There is no preaching, just gentle encouragement and food for thought that invites curiosity, conversation and self reflection. Religion can be so contentious and controversial so I love that you’ve made this point. To actually live in the word and let your actions do all the speaking is so powerful and a testament to who somebody is.
