    Hi Thomas,
    I just had to write to thank you for your excellent lesson on tone has helped me tremendously!
    I consider myself an intermediate player but have struggled with tone for some time.
    You easy to understand explanation and your teaching style is second to none. I'm very grateful.
    Steve

    Thank you…..

    I always tried to sing loudly, so I felt my larynx was stiff, and maybe that's why the vibrato got weird…
    Can laryngeal stiffness affect vibrato?

    • @ThomasHaehnlein
      @ThomasHaehnlein  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Laryngeal stiffness should not affect your vibrato directly since the vibrato is usually produced with the lower jaw. But in reality it’s all connected, so it might be the reason why your vibrato doesnt work out the way you want it to! If you like to sing, you can try to sing or hum a very low note and see if it helps to relax your larynx

      It might help to imagine saying „hi“ as in „hit“ just without the t. Or you can try „a“ as in „at“ but without the t
