We charge Wisconsin state sales tax on lawn and landscaping services. Except for retaining walls and snow clearing. Those services are exempt from state sales tax.
What type of address did he put for his business on Google maps? I’m assuming he used his home address but I am thinking about going a storage unit route because I live in an apartment. I think an apartment number would be a strange address for a small lawn care business.
So does he just throw the dog poop in his trash can at home? I’d imagine if 10 customers a day request that service, there would be a good amount of dog poop at the end. What do you did with a couple buckets full?
