Nah, you are close my guy... they arent getting what they "want" they are getting what they "focus on" or "pay attention to" with the minds eye or in the mindscape however u want to say in ones own silent imagination. If you are thinking of something you do not want you are still thinking about IT and not one of literally infinity other possible thoughts you could be having at that same now moment. Its hard to change momentum midday or evening so instead you can go general, find simple things to get a small train of appreciation going. When you sleep you get a break and the next day its slightly easier to find new thoughts of wanted and avoid giving any of your 86400 priceless seconds to topics of things u hate and dont want
You get what you focus on. You get what you think about. Focus on what you want not what you dont want. Lifes too short to think about NOT WANTED things yaknow

It is absolutely not true that you activate more resistance when you're trying to let go of it. Maybe right at first, but the ONE big weakness in their method is that it doesn't help you deal with the negative emotions when you occasionally get blind-sided. The youtube channel Power of Quiet is soooooooo helpful in that area. He takes you from a 142 on the negative scale, down to a 1 or a 2. Similar to EFT Tapping, and a form of the Sedona Method. Until I started working with both Abe and Power of Quiet, I just couldn't get it to work. Now, I feel blissful every day for swaths of many hours. It's amazing. Give him a try, fellow Abrahamsters. You will be so glad you did!
