Anthony, so sorry for your losses. However, it is a testament to your integrity and loyalty to your customers! Thanks for sharing this video, as painful as it may be. You are a model for how business should operate with integrity and ethical practices. I am sure this will go a long way to making your business successful and recoup the losses. (BTW, I'm a former high school business teacher; if I was still teaching you would be a great example for my students) Keep up the good work! Many blessings to you and Papa Bear!! (PS I agree with ozone comment, years ago I used one on a second/third hand motorhome that I purchased from a smoker, it does work)
You did the right thing! You've built your business on quality and reputation. We've all purchased items that ended up being a mistake. Some more costly than others.
I keep waiting for the lovely 78/79 Fleetwood in the background to go up for sale :) - it's been years lol Sorry about the 2 bad cars - you are one of the few dealers I would ever consider buying sight unseen from - your reputation is priceless man - keep up the great work.
I most definitely would have kept the Lincoln. I'd get one of those ozone purifier machines and let it run for 2 days in the car and the cigarette smell would be completely gone and smelling fresh like it was never smoked in. I love that color combo on it. I never seen a town car in that color in my life. Absolutely stunning
I absolutely agree, I'd object more to the "snazzy" paint job and the old school carriage roof. Those ozone dealies work pretty well and there are also chemicals to combat the odor IF it's even as bad as he says. I 100% think he's being a baby 🍼 about it.
It seems to me you're doing this right on both ends. You usually buy nice cars with fixable problems, or no problems, and you disclose every detail, good or bad when you advertise and sell them. You're clearly having fun and spending time with your dad. I hope your business model is profitable enough for your well being, and to keep doing this. Thanks for the videos. I really like watching them. Cheers!
Anthony, nothing is better than a good name, and you have that! Losses are tough but a damaged reputation that took years to build is priceless. Your honest is refreshing and your candor is commendable, keep on rising my man!
Dealer integrity holds far more dollar value than any modest profit gained by selling questionable vehicles. A sound decision that will pay back later! I really enjoy all of your videos.
Hi Anthony, You did the right thing. Integrity is a rare thing in this day and age. Although you took a loss, actually you can count it as a gain. Your conscience is clear and your reputation is intact. You're the type of person I would feel comfortable buying a car from. I enjoy watching your videos. You put your heart and soul into your work. Kudos to you!!!
The ozone helps, as does spaying product in the hvac intake below the windshield, but you really can't get rid of the odor completely. It comes back. I bought an otherwise beautiful old Mercedes at auction with low miles from an estate. Now I realize the owner must have died from lung cancer :)
Anthony, you did the right thing. It's a shame how some people neglect vehicles. Just proof that you and Papa Bear are the guys to go to when looking for a quality Lincoln or Cadillac.
Anthony, your honesty and integrity is stellar. I’m sure that showing these characteristics in a tell all video like this one will bring you dividends in reputation for years to come. I wouldn’t hesitate in buying a car from you at any time.
Anthony i watch u alot. And u did the right thing here. Ur name is gold and u live and learn, my dad always said this too me. So in time u will make it back. So sell nice cars and ur right ur name is attached too those sales. So again u did the right thing and move on. God bless. And u dad is a really great man be glad the time u have with him. When i started my business i lost him 6 month into it. And i was 30 at the time and u think scared yes but i did survived and have done great. So love the videos. And i may by a car from u live caddies and Lincolns my dad drove them all his life. He was a cpa. Takecare and good job.😊
I have seen grandma or Grandpa look after a car very well, and then after they pass before it's sold out of the estate, some family member drives it for a few months and puts the equivalent of 10 years abuse and disrespect on it both inside and out.
Sorry for your loss, it God will bless you in the long run for going the right thing! Keep doing what is right. You might be blessed to make up the total loss on just one car! Love these videos!
You just confirmed when I'm ready and have the $$ to buy a classic Caddy, I'm buying from specialty motor cars. I'm not a car expert. I just love 70's and 80's Cadillacs and don't want to get burned. Thanks Anthony
Anthony, I agree with the first three comments. I can't add anything else. I was always taught. if it to good to be true, don't buy it. Walk away. You did the right thing. We you loyal views will always love you, and support PAPA BEAR AND YOU.
I feel like I’m getting cancer just sitting in here!! Anthony I was eating as I was watching and laughed so hard I can’t finish my lunch . Your still number one in my book thanks for the laugh say hi to papa 🐻
As someone who was a heavy smoker for 14 years, I still couldn't stand cars that smelled like smoke inside. You could never tell I smoked in my cars. I always had the window cracked or down, never had my air on when smoking, and I always cleaned my cars regularly. I never understood how someone could smoke with the windows up in their car and how the cars got so destroyed. Cars are not cheap, so how someone could just not give two shits about them is beyond me. When I used to buy and sell cars, even cheap 300$ cars I treated them like gold. I picked up a dodge Magnum earlier this year because I just always wanted one and good God the amount of cigarette ash and smell inside was atrocious. It took me forever and some to get it smelling somewhat okay inside. Multiple air freshener cans that you set off with the windows up(because you can't say what they actually are anymore or someone will be offended), multiple vacuum jobs, carpet and seat cleaning, regular air fresheners etc. And it still wasn't perfect. Cigarette smoke never bothered me when I was a smoker, but now I can't stand it. Haven't had a cigarette in 5 plus years and never will again. Sorry for the losses you're taking brother but you'll push through. You're a good dude and you sell nothing but the best of the best. Hopefully one day I can buy a slick rig from you. Take care Anthony and Papa Bear.
Such an honest video. To suffer a loss is always frustrating. Also is a shame when something appears represented differently than presented. It's a shame. To publicly disclose risks you encounter, and details of what you may encounter on a daily basis, is admirable. It gives subscribers an inside peek at your business. More importantly, it reaffirms your outstanding reputation, and confirms viewers trustfulness in you and your business. That's what makes you successful and well loved. After saving for years, I'm looking forward to the day that I'll feel matched to one of your beauties that is just right for me. As always, your videos are outstanding.
Anthony, your integrity is amazing! I was in the car business for many years and can say very emphatically that you are one in a million. I would by a car from you in a heartbeat! Stay true to yourself and you will be rewarded.
Papa Bear!! Can you please do a walk around video of your 57 Bel-Air? Anthony should do the same with his 59 Cadillac! We still have some nice weather up here.
I appreciate your honesty and integrity. That is what sets you apart from other used car dealers. I plan on retiring next spring and I'll be up in New Hampshire to see you about a car. Boys need toys, especially retired boys. Keep up the great work Anthony
You did the right thing, which is get rid of them, and like you said it is all part of the business. I probably will try to restrict buying cars unseen.
You did the right thing Anthony. Reputation is everything. There have been many other cars that have exceeded your expectations, don't forget that. Welcome to the car business...! I think you win a lot more than you lose and it's not worth spending time on cars you are not comfortable representing. Hi to Papa Bear! PS I think you were swayed/fooled by the vogue tires and Biarritz Package on the DTS. 🙂
Thanks for being so transparent with us. It’s really interesting to see these cars that look so good, but have so many issues. It just further confirms that your standards are among the highest.
The right decision! If you were just a used car lot, that’s one thing, those kinds of vehicles are the norm. However, being the fact that you specialize in a particular product, the high standard is expected.
Hey bud, don't beat yourself up too much. I know your pain. Been there several times too. You have the best attitude. Grin and Papa Bear it!!! Hey Papa Bear 🐻...
Anthony... I feel you on these two cars. I learned the same lesson with a few Oldsmobiles the same way. It was issues like you described and rust too. I had to let them go just like you did. The only mistake I made I invested and lost money because I thought I could save them. You are so right to get out now and cut your losses. It is just as you said about the Kenny Rogers song. Right now I am looking for a 1991-1992 Oldsmobile Toronado non Trofeo model. I have had to let my 1992 Toronado go. It was in an accident last year. It is has been at the body shop since May 2021. I bought the parts to repair it and more. I was told just like you to let it go. I have. It is still at the body shop needing a paint job. They put the new parts on and more. I let it go and I have been putting my money away and looking for another 1991-1992 Oldsmobile Toronado. I learned that same lesson you have too about mileage. The 1995 Oldsmobile Ninety Eight I had was low mileage and it was a world of trouble. I replace it with a 1996 Ninety Eight I have now. I know first had of what you speak. I look at the little things like you do. You did the right thing.
I've used this in several rental cars that I can barely stand because they had been smoked in. Because you have the HVAC running on high when you start the "bomb", by the time the 15 minutes are over, it really does make a huge difference. Meguiar's Whole Air Re-Fresher Odor Eliminator Mist, New Car Scent
For me you are some kind of godfather when it comes to Classic cars. Thank you for showing that also people like you make "mistakes". We are only human.
Hello Tony and papa bear, such a shame to see how someone can treat such a beautiful car that way but have to say how you explain why you are letting it go just shows how honest you are. Love your channel and keep bringing us these beautiful classics, can’t wait to visit your shop and some day you will be selling me my next classic. Enjoy this wonderful New England fall foliage, this season has been as beautiful as the classics you show us. Love you guys!
Hey Anthony, I think I would have done the same as you. Sometimes in business we just have to bite the bullet and move on. And this situation is the perfect example of that. You did the right thing!
Hey Anthony & Papa Bear, hopefully you won't have to sell a kidney, I'm sorry for the hit you took selling these two sleds. If it's any comfort, this video is a testament to your honesty & integrity, I know that doesn't put money in the bank but you are in this for the long haul & you have an impeccable reputation, that counts for something, plus you got the chrome wheels off the Lincoln!!! Thanks for sharing this difficult video!!! 👍👍🎃
Hey Anthony, DeElegance means it's when Cadillac decided elegance is no longer what Cadillac means to the world, right? But rather it is only about driving like Johnny Lightning in a Cadillac. Would you please tell the world this secret so we all can know what you really mean by DeElegance? Thanks for all your heart-felt Cadillac and Lincoln limo car videos that mean so much to us all. Because rather, all the car buying public seems to want is the pickup truck life-style of garbage picking hauling of curbside crud to material recyclers in an Avalanche pickup instead of good luxury transportation. Are you getting any of this? All us panther style Lincoln and Caddy lovers want our luxury cruisers, not garbage haulers and what the heck! Please advise! Does DeElegance mean there's an end to elegance?
Pretty easy decision here Anthony. You sell quality cars. If they aren't up to your level when you get them, and they are good enough, then you bring them up there with repairs, etc. Sadly like you said, trusting others sometimes can cost you....I've bought 3 cars on a pictures only auction and luckily for me, all 3 were great. But sometimes pictures sell, but smells...well can't check that until you have the car. I think you did the right thing. Sucks for sure, but hopefully you can make it back with sales of the other awesome rides you have. Keep doing what you do!
That's definitely a bummer about both of those! I love the colors on both of them! My '90 Brougham d' Elegance 5.7V8 was a smokers car! Lots of cleaning and Vanillaroma little trees have made it smell pretty good! I was drooling over that triple white Brougham in the background! And the brown '77-'79 Cadillac (couldn't see enough to pinpoint the year!) And I'm excited to see that FWD Cadillac Coupe Deville, when you make a full video!
Sorry Anthony, Even the best make mistakes. But you are still the best! That's what I love about you and your videos, You're completely upfront, honest and trustworthy. You make everybody else selling cars on the Internet look like amateurs. You've got great style, And you make everybody else look Like untrustworthy con-men. I am currently looking for a 1995 to 97 Towncar, And I've decided I'm not gonna buy it from anybody else except you. I'm not gonna take the chance of getting screwed over. If it turns out the one I'm looking for never shows up I'll just have to live with that, But I'm gonna still keep on watching your videos because they're so good, And you present your cars in such an upfront and honest manner. Anyway, Don't let this loss bother you for too long, You know you're the best at what you do, And you're gonna continue to be the best. So keep your head held high and keep doing what you're doing, And you're gonna continue to be successful! I hope you and your dad have a great day today!🙂
Classy & old fashioned valued man here. Sacrifice to protect honor/reputation which is a beautiful thing to do. Reminds me of yesteryear principles. As far as both cars, send them to Queens, N.Y. and they'll be fixed in a day and back out on the street the next day -sold for quick sale at $8,995.00 all day long. M2c.....
Another thing you probably already know is replace the ashtrays & cigar lighters in those cars and lube the heck out of everything mechanical with Lockease black graphite oil seat tracks all door lock tumblers the ignition switch on the wheel even the blend doors -- those little diaphragms up under the dash that direct air to floor dash or wind shield defrosters you do that and it will have that factory built aroma like the day it rolled off the assembly line to the final new car prep staging area ….. Trust me Anthony 😊Ha Ha Ha
Hi Anthony and Papa bear, For what it's worth your keen eye is intact for many cars you found. And sold.....lick the small wound and move on .Like you said it's the nature of the business... Everyone that's in this business goes through this and more times than one.... when you do buy and see this more times than usual you have to ask yourself what can I do to solve the solution. .... many people out here in you tube land see how car dealers can con people and one ones that put their heart and soul into being better than that do see and get a little bit. No Dealership can be one 100 percent perfect.. an old saying is "In one's life a little rain must fall". As far as losing a kidney or selling one? Be glad you have them the cost for one to find or lose one is astronomical $$$$$$$$ Onward to bigger and better things!!!!!.love the Red 57 Chevy in the vlog they round up a junk of change for sure$$$ God bless guy's stay safe 😊 🙏
It takes 1 bad car to the wrong person and there goes your reputation because they will trash talk you everywhere. You made a good business decision to unload those cars to the auction.
Tony you did the right thing, by getting those cars "GONE". your reputation is worth more than money. You don't have to sell "JUNK" . What you lost in money, you WILL GAIN in customers. I wish you only the best. I saw this on 10/20/22. Your friend Bob, with the 1949 Cadillac.
I think you did the right thing. It’s your name on the cars. They I fully agree we’re neglected used cars. I have been thru this. Restored numerous low mileage Century’s and LeSabres and Silverado 1500 extended cabs all low mileage. Chased the seats the steering wheels, OEM paint, headlight restorations chased moldings refinished wheels. Lost our asses. You CUT your losses it not sitting around for months deteriorating and generating issues and ruining your name. Can definitely go on in depth about this humbling time.
Some days it's milk and honey, some days you don't make no money,, Anthony you sell the creme de La Creme, you did the right thing, I would have taken that green town car for your road trips with Papa Bear..
Taking a loss sucks pal, but you did the right thing. Like you said your reputation is worth more than trying to flip some nasty cars. You’ll make up your loss real quick you know that
Sorry Anthony…..but if I was going to buy a car site unseen, you would be the only guy I would trust. Have been following you now for a long time and have the upmost respect for how you run your business.
I feel your pain and know the losses are hard but sometimes these losses do happen. I have experienced the same thing. Hope you and Papa Bear have better luck next time. ❤😊
You win some you loose some . I’m sure they will make someone else happy with a little work and effort. You did the right thing. Told my Dad, this is why I’d drive to you and buy a car from you because I trust what you sell!! 👍👍 You still have a lot of nice stuff coming down the pile.
Buy with care! But once bitten, time to jettison and move on. Your reputation and integrity are priceless. And there’s only so many hours in a day! I love your videos. I always learn something new.
Both cars are really nice looking to bad they weren't cared for properly. Understand why u wouldn't want to put money into something that your not going to get back. Keep up the great work!
Anthony I have 2 suggestions for the smoke smell 🚬 1. Get an Ozone machine that will get rid of any odors in the car. 2. Ozium Air Sanitizer will get rid of it as well. It's like $9.99 at Walmart
I think you made the right decision. You’re right, your reputation is worth more than a few grand. Thanks for sharing the bad and ugly, as well as the good.
in the long run you did the best decision. I have an 09 DTS and I am the second owner with 81k but she starting to give me some drama and would not hesitate to sell her if I had to.
These truth videos and your willingness to be so open and transparent. This is why I so want to buy a car from you. Your honesty is worth much more than 7k. Looking forward to see the new Lincoln you mentioned in the video coming up. Been saving my pennies so to speak . I agree with the other person really like a video of that awesome red baby of yours. God Bless world needs more of people like you.
You did the right thing buddy. I would have done the same. The reason we all love you out here Anthony is your incredible Honesty and Transparency. You are already a BIG SUCCESS so like you said lick your wounds and move on. Its called Life. Hi Papa.... !!!!
You made the right move. Your name and reputation are worth more than 7k in the long run. And yes…you can always sell a kidney! I’ll buy some more merch on payday to help 😂😂😂
I enjoyed and appreciated you sharing this video. I love the red limo you and I discussed on the phone but I just can't afford that much for that year and miles. But I'm sure up there it is a fair price. It is nice to find car people with the integrity of you and your dad. Thank you for your time on the phone. Rich Parr
hey, i bought a car that i didn't know was a smoker's car as well but i was able to clean it up. washed every surface inside at least 3 or 4 times in vinegar and soap, changed all the air filters, covered it with baking soda a few times, used an ozone generator a few times and the stink didn't come back. my car wasn't used a lot and wasn't smoked in a lot but when you drive and the ac is on you can smell it. it takes a lot of time and it might not even work out in the end. i was just lucky with mine.
hey Anthony, always great to see you and Papa bears channel pop up in a thumbnail! regarding that town car what a pity and a shame! The exterior treatments on that car one of the most stunning and gorgeous I’ve seen on your channel! in my opinion! Love the chrome on the bottom with the Roof treatment and sunroof on the top! sad to see The interior being so abused! And the failure to keep up the maintenance!
Did you mark those tires... ??? Left Front & So On... That way if there is an issue with alinement the tires run smooth... I Would sell it to a smoker... Play with the timing a bit... IT HELPS OR DON'T ???
I feel for you Anthony. Years ago I bought a 2003 Town Car out of Florida. Even had an inspection done. Showed up STINKING of cigarettes. Literally no way to get rid of the smell…. Got rid of it soon after also for less than I paid.
Anthony, I am not one to buy over the phone sight unseen. WITH YOU, I would. You prove time and time again that you have great vehicles. Anyone wishing to own a land yacht, should know that when they buy from you, they can feel comfortable in buying over the phone and direct shipping it right to their driveway.
Well Anthony, your mom and dad did a great job with you , you where raised the right way, even though we all like the money, a reputation is worth so much more… # GODBLESS
Anthony, it takes years and years of hard work and honesty to build your reputation. It takes about 13 seconds to loose it all. The $7,000 loss is a miniscule loss compared to your reputation. Bless them real good Lord.
Hi Anthony, so sorry to see this. What a shame and I’m sorry you’ll lose money. I learned over a decade ago, I don’t buy a vehicle without seeing it, touching it, driving it. I bought a ‘97 Cartier Town Car out of Florida from a “little old lady”. I didn’t see it and went by pictures and what I thought was an honest person. Had it shipped to Colorado. Well, it had a clean car fax but clearly it had some body work and printing done. I was so disappointed. I vowed never to do that again so now, if I’m interested, I’ll fly out and look at it and then make a decision. Again sorry but thanks for sharing!
You're truly a Smart car Guy you made the right decision dumping those two cars. I learned a long time ago you never paid too much for a good one and you'll never make a good one out of a bad one. Your videos are awesome to watch
Great insight video! A little surprised how much you pay for these models and still turning a profit after factoring in repairs and time, but you have a business model you know in and out. Sometimes there are lemons but overall you got overwhelming success.
I would have tried fixing the Lincoln. Aside from the smoke smell seems it was simple maintenance items (struts and brakes). Hopefully an ozone machine a second time carpet shampoo could have helped. The DTS was beyond saving, it was more of a parts car than anything else.
As you say, sir, your reputation matters more than the money lost. But it's your conscience which is asserting itself here, and that's what draws people to you, and has you put in so much work to prepare your cars to a high standard. You have integrity, unlike, as you say, the gentleman who sold you the Lincoln. Integrity. That will be your legacy.
They sure were tired however with the Cadillac looking at the trunk I can see what the problem was. It had a Kerbeck emblem on it. I live in Pennsylvania and I went there once to look at some Caddies and Lincoln's and their used cars were some of the most tired beat up pieces of junk I ever saw in my life. I ended up leaving saying to my friend this was a waste of time I'll never come back here. So more than likely that car was already trashed when it left kerbeck
That's why you're the best dealer anywhere! Honesty and Integrity are the better road to take. I feel bad for whomever ends buying either one of those car's. I doubt either dealer will go throug them like you do. Would you be interested in purchasing an extended warranty sir? Good to know Earl Scheib is alive and well.
I worked at BMW in service. We had a 740 on a lease return.. same as you smokers car. After all the money spent on all the products. To clean the air inside the vehicle. You know what really worked. We left the doors open for about a week. With a fan pointed into the vehicle. And I do mean doors open , windows down. Amazingly it worked. Obviously you can’t get in the dash and clean all the vents but I got a Telya you could dry it out and kill that smell.
Set two big buckets of baking soda in the car for a couple of days and some fresh red cedar shavings that should eliminate 97 percent of that smokers aroma maybe some old Gangster owned those guys are known for smoking it up really good and not opening windows not even one inch Hey Donny your killing me over here with the draft !!!
I couldnt understand why the Cadillac dealer wouls wloesale this car anyway, but as far as the Lincoln I have found once they are bad they are continuously BAD, so you did the right thing with both. Just go onto the other beautiul cars you have and get them all cleaned up and sold. I have been watching you to have a car in my price range but so far nothing, but I would buy from you in a minute, unfortunately people are slobs. When you buy unseen, as you know, you take an awful chance. Jeff
Very interesting video, I just love the way you share your passion for these fine automobiles that you trade and sell. For those two cars, you did the right thing, they're gone, bye bye voilà !
You set the standard for a car dealer. You actually raise the bar on honesty and integrity.
(PS I agree with ozone comment, years ago I used one on a second/third hand motorhome that I purchased from a smoker, it does work)
Hello Robert from Papa 🐻 & Anthony
Oh for shits sake, he budgets for this as any businessman would. It's laughable you bought into his TH-cam sob story.
You did the right thing! You've built your business on quality and reputation.
We've all purchased items that ended up being a mistake. Some more costly than others.
I keep waiting for the lovely 78/79 Fleetwood in the background to go up for sale :) - it's been years lol Sorry about the 2 bad cars - you are one of the few dealers I would ever consider buying sight unseen from - your reputation is priceless man - keep up the great work.

would that really get rid of that nasty cigarette smell though
Anthony, your honesty puts you so far ahead of your losses. It means more than you can imagine.
I've got 2 rules: (1) Never buy a car sight unseen, and (2), Never buy a smoker's car.
Dealer integrity holds far more dollar value than any modest profit gained by selling questionable vehicles. A sound decision that will pay back later! I really enjoy all of your videos.
👍 1 good deed will garner 10 positive mentions, 1 bad deed will result in 100 negative reactions
I love the behind the scenes details and story Always enjoy your videos
Hi Anthony, You did the right thing. Integrity is a rare thing in this day and age. Although you took a loss, actually you can count it as a gain. Your conscience is clear and your reputation is intact. You're the type of person I would feel comfortable buying a car from. I enjoy watching your videos. You put your heart and soul into your work. Kudos to you!!!
Get an ozone machine to remove smells from your cars. 😎✌️
The ozone helps, as does spaying product in the hvac intake below the windshield, but you really can't get rid of the odor completely. It comes back. I bought an otherwise beautiful old Mercedes at auction with low miles from an estate. Now I realize the owner must have died from lung cancer :)
Suprising he doesn't have one... They take care of it!
Anthony, you did the right thing. It's a shame how some people neglect vehicles. Just proof that you and Papa Bear are the guys to go to when looking for a quality Lincoln or Cadillac.
Hello Michael thank you for that. Papa 🐻 & Anthony
You didn't intentionally rob anyone like some dealers!
Anthony, your honesty and integrity is stellar. I’m sure that showing these characteristics in a tell all video like this one will bring you dividends in reputation for years to come. I wouldn’t hesitate in buying a car from you at any time.

Sorry for your loss, it God will bless you in the long run for going the right thing! Keep doing what is right. You might be blessed to make up the total loss on just one car! Love these videos!
Appreciate the honesty, a rarity amongst car dealerships, these days...👍🏼
You just confirmed when I'm ready and have the $$ to buy a classic Caddy, I'm buying from specialty motor cars. I'm not a car expert. I just love 70's and 80's Cadillacs and don't want to get burned.
Thanks Anthony
Anthony, I agree with the first three comments. I can't add anything else. I was always taught. if it to good to be true, don't buy it. Walk away. You did the right thing. We you loyal views will always love you, and support PAPA BEAR AND YOU.
Thank you Robert. Papa 🐻 & Anthony
I feel like I’m getting cancer just sitting in here!! Anthony I was eating as I was watching and laughed so hard I can’t finish my lunch . Your still number one in my book thanks for the laugh say hi to papa 🐻

Hello Pal thank you for that, they sure do smell. Papa 🐻 & Anthony
You did the right thing, for sure. Cut your loses and protect your brand!
Yes!! Love to see that type of video!
Hello Scott thank you for that gesture. Not sure I will have time this year. Maybe next spring we will see what happens. Papa 🐻 & Anthony
@@paulgozzo9178 Can't wait to see Papa Bear!! Winter is coming quickly. I'll be getting my cars put away also. Only about 90 south of you guys!
on the Lincoln. Maybe if you had taken out the seats, changed the rugs? super cleaned it all. No? Cad was a loss from the start
I like your videos
Hi Clinton you can't win email all but being honest does pay off. Papa 🐻
You guys have the right formula now. Don't stray from the current game plan! Seems to be working well!
That’s such a shame that some people don’t take care of a beautiful car like this. We all feel bad for you Anthony.
Your reputation is worth everything. In the future, I will get a car from u with no hesitation . Keep up the good work..
Hey bud, don't beat yourself up too much. I know your pain. Been there several times too. You have the best attitude. Grin and Papa Bear it!!! Hey Papa Bear 🐻...
Hello Richard how are you doing? All good here. Papa 🐻
@@paulgozzo9178 Hello Papa Bear 🐻
Say hi to baby bear for me. Please continue to bring the great videos that you guys are making. You guys are doing good things....
I’ve sold a few cars personally at a loss, sometimes that’s just what you have to do to get rid of them.
Hello Dean. Papa 🐻 & Anthony
Hello Christopher your right he is definitely doing the right thing. Papa 🐻
@@paulgozzo9178 Yes he is & I'm sure that you are very proud of him!!! 🙂
@@christopherkraft1327 absolutely!!!!!
Your reputation is worth way more than the loss. You made the right decision in my opinion.
I know that feeling 😕...
Been there done that a few times...
You gotta buck up...
Sounds You got a good good plan..
GO FORWARD AND MOVE ON BUDDY....
Hello pal that's right you can win them all it happens. Papa 🐻
Thank you Anthony and hey Papa Bear.
Hello Dan, Papa 🐻 & Anthony
You made the correct decision with the sale of those two cars. Auction them off and say goodbye. Love your TH-cam videos 😁👍
You made the right move Anthony.
as a former detailer Anthony I feel your pain !!
Always remember that you have better cars coming truth be told, so sorry for the loss on the cars Hello Pappa 🐻 and Anthony
Hello Pal. Papa 🐻 & Anthony
Hi Anthony and Papa bear,
For what it's worth your keen eye is intact for many cars you found.
Hello Edward." in one's life a little rain must fall" so true. I like that!!!!. Thank you the 57 chevy that's Papa 🐻s love. Papa 🐻 & Anthony
Hello Robert, Papa 🐻
Thanks for the honesty and transparency Anthony, sorry about the loss
Taking a loss sucks pal, but you did the right thing. Like you said your reputation is worth more than trying to flip some nasty cars. You’ll make up your loss real quick you know that
Sorry Anthony…..but if I was going to buy a car site unseen, you would be the only guy I would trust. Have been following you now for a long time and have the upmost respect for how you run your business.
I feel your pain and know the losses are hard but sometimes these losses do happen. I have experienced the same thing. Hope you and Papa Bear have better luck next time. ❤😊
Nice to see how you do business. I’ve not bought from you yet… but I see it happening.
Anthony I have 2 suggestions for the smoke smell 🚬
Looks way better great job for trying. Lov your drive to help save the car .
in the long run you did the best decision.
Hi Papa.... !!!!
Hello John thank you. Papa 🐻
Rich Parr
Man i feel 6our pain. But Quality is in your namesake and that’s what you stand for so you got to continue on with your premium products
You can see on the video that the windshield is completely COVERED in smoke!!! A super thick layer of it!!!!!!!! It's actually BROWN!
Anthony, you are amazing and definitely a trusted seller!
hey, i bought a car that i didn't know was a smoker's car as well but i was able to clean it up. washed every surface inside at least 3 or 4 times in vinegar and soap, changed all the air filters, covered it with baking soda a few times, used an ozone generator a few times and the stink didn't come back. my car wasn't used a lot and wasn't smoked in a lot but when you drive and the ac is on you can smell it. it takes a lot of time and it might not even work out in the end. i was just lucky with mine.
hey Anthony, always great to see you and Papa bears channel pop up in a thumbnail! regarding that town car what a pity and a shame!
Anthony, sometimes you have to cut your losses and move on. It's a win some lose some game buying site on scene!
You lost some cash yes but you gained more trust and respect with great integrity
Which Manheim , do you sell at ?
