You have two chances to pass any subject in supplementary exam. If any student failed to pass any subject in total three attempts then he/she will he dropped from that degree program. Normally, calculus is offered in 1st semester. Why you did not repeat it in early semesters?

If you dropped in 1st semester and result was late due to corona and in second semester you improved then may be you will be promoted in next semester due to corona. Because situation was not normal. You may contact to registrar office for further details.

Now a days computerised system implemented in Universities so if a student doesn't meet minimum requirements then transcript is not issued. If a manual system and you have degree with star then it is not beneficial for you in future like admissions, scholarships etc.
