She's a bit difficult, but now very easy to obtain thanks to Starlight. Not ban worthy, but very good if you have a good team with lots of CC. She can be used to counter Fanny and Ling since they need blue buff starting from mid game
@@rorowowo347 besides camp stealing, she's one of the best base defenders due to ult low CD and wave clearing is really easy with her. She's also a mage that can actually push faster than most mages, with feather of heaven viable on her build. It's just a matter of her usage being taken advantage of.

so glad to see another chang'e vid!! yesterday i got to retire her moonstruck skin and bought floral elfo with the promo dias we got. chang'e's one of my favs to play even though she isnt the typical mage and since i dont rly watch any other ml ytber i just eagerly wait for when u play them. theres just something in your gameplays that helps me play better
what's annoying about chang-e is the slow effect of her enhanced skills and enhanced basic attack. she can literally melt you bit by bit just by poking you non-stop. her slow effects are very useful during team fights as long as you position yourself right and with a safe distance.

Betosky I would recommend you to always try to build divine glaive on any mage. I used to believe that Holy Cristal is better because it brings more magic power than Blood Wings during late game, and that if the enemy is squishy there’s no need to build any penetration besides genius wand. After testing with Cyclops and Xavier (Cyclops with Genius Wand and Xavier without it), you get a little more damage building divine glaive, and the best combo is Holy Cristal plus Divine Glaive. I just tested it on those two, but it may require more testing to determine which is best for every mage. But I think the best build for Chang’e is your default build, because the Blood Wings now helps a lot dashless heroes like Chang’e.
If you play Chang'e without mana regen items then I suggest impure rage as your mage talent. While it doesn't cover all your mana use it will slow down your mana use so you don't run out so fast. you can also use your enhanced basic attacks to regen mana if you use impure rage. If you manage you mana well then you won't need to recall to get mana and probably only recall when low on hp.
I was the top India change for a while. She's still my go-to mage for most setups. You can use hold her ult button to raise the camera and enjoy a higher view plus if you cancel it no cooldown which is a plus unlike with Lesley.
I feel players definitely underestimate Chang'e for two things. One is her ability to escape which my main spell is flamshot which a knockback with a 50 sec CD and a 10 sec CD skill that's a aegis/sprint is honestly very good escape tools. I feel Betosky fails to see how good Flameshot is as a escape spell against a lot of heroes and how op it is against some others due to the few times they finally catch you out of position is negated by a one knockback slow of a very short CD. Second is how much of a priority Chang'e is compared to other heroes like Eudora. People target you so so much less when you play Chang'e than Eudora even if you have a 10 killstreak with no deaths. Yes Eudora can easily cc and burst one person down but Chang'e with a good ult can kill 3 squishies and then prevent the tank from retreating because of her enhaced basic attack can inflict ice queen wand slow. Another note is the buffed glowing wand made Chang'e usable again ever since Radiant armor was added. Glowing wand Cuts Radiant Armor passive in half and against squishies the glowing wand adds up to 24 magic damage per magic damage meaning her unenhanced ult with Glowing Wand does extra 720 magic damage that isn't the burn damage from the glowing wand. Also, I'm pretty sure Chang'e passive increases this damage but don't take my word on that. Radiant no longer hard counters Chang'e. Lolita still hard counters her but I've easily gotten MVP by just saving ult and poking Lolita with first skill and basic attacks that do hurt regardless if you are tank or not. Lastly if you are on point with your blue buff stealing then I easily gotten away with not building any CD or mana regen Items.
I feel Lylia is underrated. The chang'e was one of the best mages around seasons 25-26 I played her. Now it's more stun and one-shot heroes popular or depending on the enemies some cc. But one thing for sure change is the mage you can use to poke even till late game like Yve.
Just started playing this month and I got just got her through the event. My main was vale and aamon but when I tried her, she just seemed so smooth to use. Smoother than aamon at least and she's very good at running.
Shes so versatile, you can push lanes easily or you can buy movements boots and outrun everyone. Calamity reaper also has came in clutch for when times your mm refuses to mm lol
Seeing this video reminds me that it's absolutely because of Beto that I learned using chang'e. I made her my main hero for several seasons. But now sadly,like a magic, suddenly I've been bad using her. Or I become a bad playing.kinda miss using her.
Bloodwings has a bug where the shield would not generate at all after it breaks. I'm not sure how to reproduce it but if it happens to you, re-purchasing Bloodwings will fix it.

Idk about that, her Shield can easily be destroyed and that Alone reduces 60-80% Of Chang'e's Damage which is Alot
But her basic attack range isn't that far. One dash from any assassin could end her instantly if her spell and skills in cooldown.
