@@rollyro71 If you have very short hair then this works very well as an all over trimmer, but for longer hair its better as a detailer. If you have to use it on longer hair I recommend buying some guards for it and lowering step by step for a buzzcut
I have the same trimmer, so whenever it stops, the cutting blades stays in a twisted position and not in the same angle as the bottom blade, how can i fix this??
I ended up getting the kemei 1971 dragon trimmer. I noticed the blade is a wider blade on the dragon trimmer than on the 1971 Buddha trimmer. I’m thinking I can use the andis t outliner blade on the dragon since the pro li blade will be to small. Do you have any experience on the 1971 dragon trimmer on what blade I can upgrade to without modding the trimmer.
I wanted to buy the Kemei 1971 Pro Li + ceramic blade. But i would prefer a wider blade. Tried to find the 1971 dragon. But i can only find 1974 dragon. Sure it is a 1971 dragon? Any recommendation which one i could use (+ ceramic blade recommendation)? 80% beard trim and cut and 20% remove the few hairs that are still on my almost bold head :)
Yeah unless you want to pay extra 30$ for andis blades. but if you wanna save moneuy i recommend getting the ceramic blades for 10$. It comes with 2 replacements
I use trimmers for lines or details only not to take out the bulk on bottom i recomend magic clip with balding clipper blade more better i dont want to spoilt trimmers
This is the link to the Kemei trimer

The original blade seems to work the BEST...anyone agree...
That's interesting! I might have to put it back it on again to test it out
The original blade works fine for your home. If you start cutting heads, you totally need andis blade replacement.
Is this good for using as allover head hair clippers??
Or only as lining/ trimming??

Ciao amico, meglio lama originale o in ceramica secondo il tuo parere?
Can't wait to see more haircuts with this bad boy!
Yessir! Stay tuned fam
Good Video! Works well with the ceramic blades not a bad trimmer. Might have to pick one up.
Yeah motor is definitely powerful compared fo other kemei trimmers
Excellent video bro, by the way, what is the difference between the Kemei KM 1971 and the 1971a?
Really informative bro!
Thanks Brothaa

What gives sharper lines Km 1971 or Kemie i32s ?
Did the pro li ceramic blade fit perfect with not having to modify the 1971 trimmer? Or did you have to modify the trimmer for it to work.
Yes it fits perfectly. make sure to buy andis pro li blade!
I can't wait to shave myself
Are blades zero gapped by default??
Or we have to modify?
Kindly advise
It is not zero gapped by default. you habe to zero gap them. I will upload the tutorial for zero gapping this trimmer soon. So stay tuned
@@DuckBarberMHK ill definitely watch that but can we use it as outliner with original blades or its a beard trimmer not for sharp lines
Kindly advise
If you zero gap it, then it is sharpe enough to trim beard, but i felt like there was some hair pulling with the original blades
@@DuckBarberMHK ok...thnx for replying dear

Do you recommend this one with the ceramic blade

Have you tried VGR v-082 Pro Li trimmer. Can you help me which is better with original blades. Kemei 1971 or the VGR one.
No! I haven't yet tried VGR trimmers. I will look into buying these then! Thank you for your info
@@DuckBarberMHK thank you so much. But is there a reason you didn't try VGR. Is kemei 1971 good ?
👏
I know you definitely got skills - it's very tricky to stabilize the video shot and your cutting hand!
EXACTLYYY It's so hard like how do these barbers on IG manage to take a such nice video
How many mm is without guards ?
like 0.2mm or less
i got the same one but I have to take the battery out and charge is seperatly
Oh yeah sometimes there are different versions of the model depending on the manifacturer
Can you do partings with the original?
Yeah it can
Are they zero gapped
No you have to zero gap them. ill upload a way to do it soon
Duck Barber ok when?
Is the battery long lasting sir?
Yes very long lasting. It could def last a day of haircutting
The original seemed to cut better
Yeas it's true.
What is the point of ceramic?
More durable, sharper, and wont heat up

Look like the original works better then the replacement
Yeah it's interesting. I swapped to the original blade at the end. It works great!

I'm not sure, but it seems for me the original blade was better than the ceramic one!! 🤔🤔🤔🤔
Yeah It could be
Can you make a video to cut hair with 2 guard ?
Like #2 guard or just by using 2 guards
@@DuckBarberMHK only with 2 no guard and also make. A video of razor cutting plz

What clipper do you recommend for balls? Asking for my wife 👀
Better use a warm bath and a single use metal bar safety razor like Bic. Trimmers and clippers can so easily"chew" skin down there
@@SqiroS22 instructions unclear. I used a straight razor and now I am the wife 👀😶
@@ManzaLive hahahaha you are top
it pull the hair and its very slow i have beard and it takes very long to trim it dont like it
Hmm. Maybe it gets better after you mod them
U gotta spin it around and cut backwards instead of resting the blades on the skin
