Used to jam the s*** out of that song in my 82 Knight Rider Trans Am thought it was the best song ever... that record does not have a bad song on it wonderful job on this love hearing people play great rock and roll!
@@johandelange It sounded too good to be an Ibanez stock pup. Evos are good. They handle gain very well. I knew Bobby Pieper, XYZ's first guitarist who used to work on my guitars when he was a tech in L.A. in the late 80s. Great guitar tech, great player. He was a big Seymour Duncan fan. He liked the Distortion which I had him install on several guitars. I've owned a number of DiMarzios too. I just find Duncans easier to work with due to where their mids sit.
Im confused why he keeps doing the george lynch move by going to change the pickup selector but he never actually changes the selector from one pickup the next, he just keeps pushing down the selector to the bridge humbucker when its already theree? Idk I thought id point that out for instance 1:09 & 1:22
🤣🤣 hey man, its like a nervous tick thing. Dunno why I do it, guess its paranoia on being on the bridge pickup after changing sounds. Really silly but its OCD I guess. Stupid habit
Thanks man! Its all BIAS. The rhythm part is the Triple Treadplate (Triple Rectifier) with a bit of chorus. And the lead is a preset called "Master of Puppies" which is just another Triple Rec based patch.
Hey man, this was done with some old "guitar remover" plugin I can't even remember the name. What I'm using these days is moises.ai/, can highly recommend it!
Thanks man! This is a great tab, I did simplify it a bit in parts, especially the solo where it didn't sound 100% right to my ear. tabs.ultimate-guitar.com/tab/xyz/maggy-guitar-pro-2229577
