    Ur vlogs r really good to watch makes to think differently, .
    In my childhood sometimes I don't like my mom's food 10%. but she never cooked another dish. Now it is helpful for me. If I don't get anything as per my taste i still eat it and go ahead in that situation, in life.

    Very true, ki aap ke liye jo zaroori hai uske liye excuses nahi banane chahiye and health se zyada zaroori kya hoga. I have also shifted my exercise routine from morning to evening due to cold. 🙂

    Jyada cold water se nahane se body temp gir jata hai aur heart ko jyada pressure se pump karna padta hai which can create high BP problems.meri beti bhi 12 th class me hai aur wo bhi aisa hi karti thi but ab me aisa nahi karne deti hu

      When it release smoke, it's done..if we don't do that the oil will remain raw..and it's not good for prantha etc...for cooking we also do the same process

      It depends on body to body...I make schedule according to my time aur energy or u can say body type...it never gave me any bad result so it's fine to me...when we learn something that is a different thing and when we experience it that is another thing...😊
