Life is such a burden for some people. 😍
Mine failed less than two years into the five year warranty (purchased 11/27/2020). Autozone would not refund or exchange so I’m stuck with dealing with the manufacturer. Naturally it just failed on Labor Day holiday weekend so the manufacturer is closed until Tuesday. Emailed customer service so we’ll see. A number of repair videos exist which show the capacitors used by Battery Tender are garbage and you would think the manufacturer would have upgraded the part by now. My recommendation is do not buy and put yourself through the ringer.
Deltran has sent a replacement after a call and sending them pictures of the Autozone receipt and unit with the numbers on the back and cut cord showing.
Lead-Acid likes being topped-up, not Lithium!
Great tip on the plug Mark. Takes 5 minutes to install and makes charging and maintaining the battery so easy. Keep up the excellent videos mate.
Now the big brain idea... 1 battery for all bikes.
I had a BMW E36 battery lasted 21years.

Hello Mark, Bloody Ripper mate....battery chargers or Tenders...are handy for keeping the battery on ya bike fully charged up and ready to go! I hope you are warm and dry as its been a bloody storm over here in Adelaide/Kilburn where I live....
Good review Mark. That's the brand of tender I have for the bobber. Mines is the Lithium only one though & it's real handy with the pig tail. 'Short Short lookers' brilliant. Cheers mate. 😉👍🍻
I bought one of these for my bike as most of the reviews I seen were great and I wanted something reliable that I didn't have to worry about. The tender worked fine at first but less than 2 years later and it is knackered. All green lights come on when it is plugged in but it does not output anything and I have tried it on multiple different batteries. Very hard for me to recommend this product tbh.
Heaps of good camera shots there very creative, i have one of those Battery Fighters must be be 12 year old, still use it every day :)
These are great for keeping your battery charged during winter storage....
I believe SSB Li batteries can be charged with any charger that does not have the rejuv feature

800mA seems a very low charge rate if the battery is flat but good for an overnight charge or if the bike is in a storage scenario where it would deteriorate over time. Good information , essential to keep the battery in a good charged state to prevent deteriation (thumbs).
Under 1amp is so you don't have to disconnect the battery. Over 1amp the alternator won't like current going back onto it.
Not good for an ober night charge if its drained. Will take a couple days. A 3amp is better for overnight.
Personally don't like that brand charger....at all. Many went bad on me over the 40 years of riding. The old ones were made well ...the new ones suck .

I bought one yesterday that came with a 5 year unconditional replacement warranty!
@@martystalnaker1476 The warranty is not much good. My tender stopped working after 2 years. After many emails to customer service they agreed to send me a replacement. That was 4 weeks ago and still nothing. They say there is warehouse delays due to covid but I'm not hopeful.
