It looked like 14.5 million primary votes for the Democratic presidential nominee were discounted at first, and even I went along with it, but that's appearances for you. I didn't see the full picture. Harris was on the primary ticket with Biden. Harris now being the presidential nominee doesn't affect our primary votes. They are still recognized and counted because she was part of the primary ticket. Sigh of relief!
