I make a pot of beans and put them in 1lt containers (after they cool down) and put them in the freezer. Take them out a night before ti unfreeze or pop then in the microwave if I need them at that exact moment.
A tip I learned from my mom is to make a huge pot of beans! Enough to have for a month at least lol out of the whole pot save enough for the week and freeze the rest in a few decent sized containers. When you want beans for the next couple weeks just take one ☝🏻 of those containers you froze and refry them once they are unfrozen.
