Triple stabbing sparks changes at B.C. forensic hospital

A year after three people in Chinatown were stabbed, the province has released a report recommending changes at the psychiatric hospital from where the man accused of the crime was released. The suspect, an offender with a violent past, was on a day pass from the B.C. Forensic Psychiatric Hospital. As Jon Hernandez reports, the report recommends ways to avoid future tragedies, including better policies around granting leave and risk-management tools such as GPS tracking systems.
