Slight correction, this is actually the 2nd Wage War video that I have covered, the first being here th-cam.com/video/3awmjIYnCeY/w-d-xo.html . Maybe i have developed some mild brain damage over the course of my 200 videos!? Either way, thanks for fucking tuning in, I appreciate it!!!!!
JakePriest I agree man. Deadweight just grew on me and lyrically it described a point in my own life perfectly. Helped me through some tough times so it just means a lot to me I guess.
I like both albums but blueprint was the best in my opinion. I listened the shit out of the singles on deadweight and by the time the album came out I had over played the singles and there were some other good songs but just wasn't as good as blueprints in my opinion.
@@braydenpresley1437 I felt the same way. Deadweight was my first foyer into metalcore and the only vinyl I have on my wall. It's gorgeous, especially with the stripped tracks included. They sound so fucking amazing!
Broooooo, you gotta do Ice Nine Kills - Communion of the Cursed! Hahaha I’m gonna keep requesting this until you bare witness to this story-telling wonder of a band!!
Saw them live last year, first metalcore show i've ever been too and it was fucking great. They're from Florida (and so am I) so its good to have more Floridians in the Metalcore game. \m/
My absolute favorite song from them. Not only is the music fucking intense but the lyrics are really lyrics I can relate to due to recent events in my life. It’s good to know that I’m not alone and people have gone through and survived the same horrible shit. I’ll be doing a drum cover this song and will be posting next Saturday!! 🤘🤘🤘
Nice review man of a band I’d never heard of, and I’ve been listening to metal for 40 years lol. Singer reminds me of early Anselmo work in a weird way.
Holy Shit! Loved your reaction Truant! Seeing the excitement in your eyes and energy for this song made it all the more awesome! Hell yeah :D And you're probably right about your neck hurting next morning lol! What a banger.
I've had the pleasure of seeing Wage War twice live. Once at a festival called Carolina Rebellion and once as a headliner. They are so tight live!! Pretty soon they will be touring America again with Oceans Ate Alaska as main support.
Saw these guys live at Warped Tour last year. Met them at their tent when they were less popular as well. Heavy set, huge sound, and super nice group of guys.
ERRA - Seven Betraying the martyrs - Man Made Disaster Signs of the swarm - Cesspool of ignorance The Afterimage - ONYX and/or The Unseen A Night In Texas - Population Extermination
Don't know if you're into All Shall Perish but the Awaken the Dreamers album is great from begining to end. Fit for a King rocks and A Plea for Purging is pretty sick check em out
I’m a fifty two year old metal head. Was completely happy when you did Pantera domination during your throwback program. Unlike some relic metal heads, I keep up on current stuff too. Discovered Wage War a while back. Those kids are fucking brutal. As long as they stay away from the “clean” lyrics. Good to see the younger generation keeping the metal flag flying high! 🤟🏻
speakeasy, damaged goods, endure, ground culture, cash out, bored to death.. 99% of their songs are bangers and they're still ridiculously underrated :(
i highly recommend listenning to Within The Ruines - Ronin, amazing groove, straight up headbanger, i always turn to it when i got nothing else to listen too, absolutly addictive
Hey man. Way late to the party but I just found your videos. I'm sure you've heard "Never enough" from these guys already but what did you think of that one?
Fictionova dude... holy shit. I felt pretty confident about your recommendation so I checked it out and bro... damn. Fuckin hell thats good. Where have these dudes been
Listen to wage war low, Johnny cash stripped, dont let me fade away, and indestructible. Also definitely listen to palisades erase the pain, war, cold heart. I love all of their songs. And of mice and men another you, identity disorder, unbreakable, and sunflower. There are so many more. But those are some of my favs.
You should totally do some reactions for the band Blood Of The Martyrs! They did a sick cover of the song “The Kill” by 30 seconds to mars, and they also have a few other bangers as well!
Love it man. Great reaction for a great song. Time for In Flames- Artifact of the black rain. The good old In Flames. When I still typed In Flames we trust on videos.
Anything by the following bands! The Ghost Inside Stick To Your Guns Being As An Ocean(would recommend their song "Death's Great Black Wing...") Neck Deep (they're pop punk, something different)

Their whole album Deadweight is absolutely incredible man! Blueprints, their first album, is amazing as well!
I found Blueprints much more consistent than Deadweight honestly. Deadweight has a lot of meh tracks, can't say that about a single one on Blueprints.
JakePriest I agree man. Deadweight just grew on me and lyrically it described a point in my own life perfectly. Helped me through some tough times so it just means a lot to me I guess.
JakePriest I see it the same way. The highlight for me was Gravity. Mainly because of the message.
I like both albums but blueprint was the best in my opinion. I listened the shit out of the singles on deadweight and by the time the album came out I had over played the singles and there were some other good songs but just wasn't as good as blueprints in my opinion.

My absolute favorite song from them. Not only is the music fucking intense but the lyrics are really lyrics I can relate to due to recent events in my life.
