I would like to ask if ground floor must be wall system or concrete dhalan system?

Concrete dhalan system "RCC Frame Structure" and Wall System are both different types of structure and in which the load transfer mechanism and behavior is different. You can not build a wall system at ground floor and RCC at above floors and vice versa.
