@@svuk1204 just keep at it I’m not perfect at the piece but I kept playing to get better at it. I posted a video recently which is about my year of progress on the piece. I still have not learned much though because I am lazy.
Keep it up, I was like u when I learnt this piece. Took me like more than 2 months to fully master this piece so it’s normal. Just be consistent and make sure your polyrhythm is right
Okay, so the good thing is that you already know part of the initial structure, so you could try and practice it slower, and with your left hand, only play the third note that matches the right-hand since the polyrhythm part is tricky.
once you have the rhythm figured out its good! Try to practice the 3 against 4 slowly not on the piano but with your two hands. Then if thats figured out try it very very slowly on the notes and so on! Keep up the work u will be just fine:)
this just came onto my fyp probably because i’ve been studying this piece for a couple months now. My advice would be to slow it down, and MAKE SURE you learn the polyrhythms CORRECTLY, if you learn a bad habit and try to change it later it will suck big time. Make sure you can play it absolutely correctly slowly, then speed it up, otherwise it will sound unusual sped up.
this is kinda decent for 2 months of progress bro try to work on the runs by practicing the polyrhythm slowly and eventually speeding it up; also try to practice with a metronome otherwise you wont be able to get the runs accurately and at a proper tempo; you can also try working on pedaling as if you just spam the pedal without a proper pedaling its going to blur the entire melody also, for the section where it modulates to a major make sure to emphasise the accents in the thumb and in the 5th finger so the melody is apparent good luck on this piece
practice easier stuff and you'll be able to play this much much better soon. you're just slowing your progress and risking injury by practicing pieces outside your skill level. good luck!
A good start. The feeling for the music is there, which is important to me. I'd recommend to focus on precision now. Go slower. Good Luck .. and Patience ;-)
i did the same but when ur learning new piece its very very hard to get rid of bad habits like it literally takes more time than to just learn it slowly. gl
@@educatedhorse32 bro this is all u need to know tbh to learn the whole piece, middle section is anyways easy and i think can be acheivable with perfection within few try , only new thing u gotta learn is the end tbh
Slow down my dude. There’s nothing impressive about playing a song fast if your missing lots of notes. Far more beautiful to play a song under tempo and with feeling than fast and full of errors. If you truly want to be able to play it flawlessly at a fast tempo the only way it to practice at quarter, half and 3 quarter tempos until you don’t make any mistakes and can play at those speed almost without looking at your hands. Good luck
In the beginning those octaves should be play with 1 hand on each note and then the first arpeggio is with the right and and switches to the left hand right after that
No offense but I don’t think you’re ready for this tempo yet. You’re lifting your fingers too high off the keys and your wrists don’t look flexible enough. These are things that you can only fix if you practice slowly and it will be tedious but I can tell you from experience it’ worth it. I used to have similar struggles with the Chopin Etude I’m working on but I took a break from trying to play it fast for about a month and now I can play it really well.
yo man, not tryna be mean or anything, but imo, you should wait a little bit more before practicing harder pieces like this because this may affect the devloppement of your technique and because of that your progress will be really slowed
not bad man, keep it up. Make sure to focus on accuracy rather than speed. Speed will come naturally with time and practice. Check out my 2 months progress and hit me up if you need any pointers th-cam.com/users/shortsMD_7KHLbtSA
not to discourage, but if this is your progress after 2 months you are definitely not confident on the piano enough for a piece this hard, try studying simpler things and work your way up! it's the fastest and best way to see results
that was so impressive!!!!!
Thank you very much but it’s definitely not close to there yet
you did very good playing da piano :)
Thank you very much
As someone who can't even muster up the effort to try practice consistently, I'd say you're doing pretty good.
Thank you appreciative it

Too fast. I recommend to practice slower, u make less mistakes then.
I know the feeling of speeding up for a showcase but I hope you're practicing a lot slower. This piece isn't easy, best of luck! I'm learning it too

Careful with pedaling and also something is off with the piano. Is it tuned?
Probably not but tuning is money
You should practise slower as it helps you just feel the music. ( your doing really good).
i’d recommend pls practice with a metronome like even each hand separately and work on making each and every note to sound clear
Thanks for the tip
Wow😮😮😮
Hoping that’s a good wow haha

Play into the piano keys. You keep jumping from the top to bottom of the keys.
