I thought that Kane and DB match was Extreme Rules 2013 for some reason lol 😂😅. But yeah I love that match it's an underrated classic and one of the few times in the PG Era where Kane felt like a major threat
@@SJ_RANKS I agree honestly. He was built like a monster there and he was doing what old Kane would do. After that 2014 match it went downhill ok actually even before that match it was downhill since he was already corporate but yeah
I enjoyed the Shield vs Evolution at Payback better. Bryan vs Kane is a hidden gem. I asked for fire to happen at the beginning of the show, and boy I wasn't disappointed.
@@zanethindNope! Extreme Rules 2013 was when Daniel Bryan & Kane were the defending WWE Tag Team champions known together as Team Hell No vs The Shield(Seth Rollins & Roman Reigns), without Dean Ambrose at ringside nor did he interfere in the match. Before Extreme Rules 2014, the first & last time Daniel Bryan & Kane faced each other in a one-on-one match on a WWE pay-per-view was at SummerSlam 2012, which was before they became a tag team.
Bryan vs Wyatt at the Rumble was a 5 star classic. I preferred The Shield vs Evolution at Payback. But that 6 man tag at Elimination Chamber, was insane!
Like I keep saying The Shield vs Evolution will always be the two best 6 man tag matches ever. Also two other underrated matches was Dean Ambrose vs Seth HIAC 2014(yes the ending was bad we get it) and Cena vs Orton at HIAC 2014(which was the better cell match and should've Main evented)
Damn shame that Ambrose vs Rollins from SummerSlam got no love. I've never enjoyed a lumberjack match in my life until that one, and not only did I enjoy it, I absolutely loved it.
Number 1 match of this year for me will always be Daniel Bryan vs Triple H at Mania 30 in the show opener. Also imo it should've Main evented for the WWE World Heavyweight Title since that match was better than the Triple Threat. And that to me is the greatest show opener match in history
This is the 1st year I was able to watch all the PPVs. My dad got the network so we could watch mania 30 for cheeper and we kept it. So the 2014 shows are alway gonna slap for me. Because I watched them with my brother and it was really fun being 15 and watching Daniel Bryan peek Yes movement
This was the year I got back into wrestling. Bailed after the attitude era and only saw bits and pieces after that. Something about the Shield though intrigued me.
I stopped keeping up with WWE for a few years, starting in the latter half of 2014. Bryan winning the title in the main event of WrestleMania was hugely cathartic; him vacating due to injury soon after was heartbreaking. The Shield's breakup was an incredible moment; the aftermath was honestly mostly a slog. Bray Wyatt was genuinely one of the most fascinating characters in wrestling history; his booking starting around this time was outright unforgivable. And all this at a time when NJPW was hotter and more accessible internationally than it had ever been. I didn't start watching WWE again until AEW became a thing, which I guess in hindsight is quite ironic.
I wasn’t too mad about that. My other complaints I’ve had with this match is the fact that the outcome was extremely pointless because The Authority was reinstated, which legitimately pissed me off, considering the fact that the authority storyline really sucked the life out of the product and the audience who were going tired of them. I hated the Authority so much. It makes it even more frustrating but they did absolutely nothing Dolph Ziggler should’ve gone to do big things after his amazing performance and that match.
I acknowledge how good both of Bryan's matches were at Wrestlemania 30, but I couldn't enjoy them in the moment out of the uneasy feeling I had throughout the entire show that WWE wouldn't do the right thing and end the night with him champion. I was so anxious that they'd do him and all of us dirty again like they did at the Royal Rumble that when Bryan had won both matches, all I could feel was relief. Not excitement or joy, simply relief. Wrestling should make me want to jump out of my chair and yell "Oh my God!" when something I like happens. However, in the moment, I simply leaned back in my chair with a smile, uttering "Thank God" instead.
Don't talk shit on the duct tape spot! It's genuinely great and I can absolutely see it happening in DDT today (or done by true ace of NJPW Yano Toru).
My grandpa said he stopped watching wrestling because it was too predictable. I was visiting him during the summer and he sat to watch the main event with me. He was convinced that Cena would make a comeback and win. When it didn't happen, he said, didn't see that coming lol
Brock vs Cena at SummerSlam 2014 was the most shocking match that I ever seen out of their previous matches against each other on WWE pay-per-view, which were Backlash 2003 & Extreme Rules 2012. Watch those Cena vs Lesnar matches from those pay-per-views & compare & contrast to their SummerSlam 2014 match. Those matches were good in their own ways, but they weren't one-sided matches like SummerSlam 2014's match between them.
Ziggler vs Harpar Ladder Match from TLC 2014 deserves some love, that was an incredible match.
Abso(bloody)lutely! Or at the very least an honourable mention!
I can't believe that didn't make the list but Cena vs Lesnar did.
At SummerSlam, if John Cena is Superman then Brock Lesnar is Doomsday.
Exactly 😑
Nah Lesnar was Lois Lane but in the Red Room cause Cena became a sub ☠️
@@optimus2008😂
2014 was an underrated year for WWE
Love that the Cena vs. Lesnar match got some love. It was a masterful job of storytelling.
It really was the perfect way to cement Lesnar as an unstoppable machine.
love this series, waiting patiently for 2013 video 🙏

That whole year felt like a completely new life for WWE
The reality era was coming in 2016. Finally, the young guys became the future.
2:48 He said that like he only just found out it's "duct tape" and not "duck tape" lmao
"Duck-t tape" 😂
Perfect timing. I just clocked out for lunch.
Ayeee lunch gang
Cultaholic Wrestling, amazing content I really liked it
We all knew Team Cena VS Team Authority and The Shield VS The Wyatts were gonna be the top 2
The shade thrown at Swagger 😂
Bryan vs Wyatt at the Rumble was a 5 star classic. I preferred The Shield vs Evolution at Payback.

Where is the Elimination Chamber Match Between Champion Randy Orton, John Cena, Daniel Bryan, Sheamus, Christian and Cesaro for the WWE Championship?
In Minneapolis on February 23 of that year. Thank you, thank you very much.
That was an excellent match. Surprised me
You guys should rank all the RAW guest hosts and the Cena open challenge matches
2/3 falls tag team match was incredible. The opening match stole the show at Battleground.

Cena vs Cesaro on Raw in early 2014
What a great year 2014 was for the Wyatts ♥️
This is the 1st year I was able to watch all the PPVs.

2014 was an alright year blessed to see all from 1980-Now what a life of wrestling
The Wyatt Family vs. The Shield at Elimination Chamber 2014 by far. A classic. *****.
This was the year I got back into wrestling. Bailed after the attitude era and only saw bits and pieces after that. Something about the Shield though intrigued me.

Finally!
now we have to wait a month and a half for 2013 right … right?
I do love when Adam inserts himself into the videos!😂
Not mentioning Daniel Bryan vs Triple H Hype Promo is crazy one of the greatest hype up promos. Also Imagine Dragon The Monster fit so well
My only complaint about Team Cana vs The Authority was the way Mark Henry was treated
I wasn’t too mad about that. My other complaints I’ve had with this match is the fact that the outcome was extremely pointless because The Authority was reinstated, which legitimately pissed me off, considering the fact that the authority storyline really sucked the life out of the product and the audience who were going tired of them. Absolutely criminal that the ladder match for the IC title between Ziggler and Luke Harper didn't make it on here
Finally a top 10 so i can eat and watch TH-cam
2:01 lol why does it look like Cena has a goatee

Damian mizdow was legitimately comedy gold 😂
Luke Harper: You boys picked a lovely hill to die on.
Me: I MUST SEE THIS MATCH.
That was a low-key savage comment by Luke Harper. RIP.
RIP bray wyatt u are missed
Don't talk shit on the duct tape spot! It's genuinely great and I can absolutely see it happening in DDT today (or done by true ace of NJPW Yano Toru).
Cena is one of the few people who could get squashed and not lose momentum
MITB was on my birthday that year nice
if roman had been in dolph's spot as planned, I don't think it would have been as good
Sheamus vs Cesaro at Night of Champions should be an honorable mention
Bryan vs HHH was a 5 star match, but so was the triple threat main event of Mania 30.
My grandpa said he stopped watching wrestling because it was too predictable. I was visiting him during the summer and he sat to watch the main event with me. He was convinced that Cena would make a comeback and win. When it didn't happen, he said, didn't see that coming lol
And then they completely undid everything they built up to after the Survivor Series match, which royally angered me.
Jeez I was starting to worry that Pacitti had got himself in a spot of bother. Where the hell has he been? It's been like 3 weeks since a list.

How about Orton v Reigns at Summerslam?
"I was saying Bootisa"
-Hans Moleman.
John Cena burying Bray Wyatt at Payback was a dumb move. RIP to Bray Wyatt and I was glad when Brock Lesnar buried Cena at Summerslam
I regret not getting the SSeries ppv
01:58: "IT TOOK THREE MEN AND A BABY TO BEAT JOHN CENA."
This list is offensive, where's Hornswoggle Vs El Torito ? Meltzer would've gave it 7 stars if it was in Japan.
Dolph Ziggler got his big moment at Survivor Series. But HHH put a stop to that and ruined Sting. How in the hell do you ruin Sting!?
I didn't like this year at all
this year sucked
2013 ?
al be onist dy aways bord me i oways find any one that face him had two carry him
No Wee LC? Fraud list
That's the WORST 2014 match
Brock vs Cena at Summerslam was trash.
Yeah not really a good match. Should have put elimination chamber here
I was a big Cena hater in 2014 so I had a blast watching that match.
