In her book she shows them doing less than this movie when she was 14, shows them doing MORE on the 62 trips when she was 17 in her book than the movie, and never accuses him of rape in her book like she does in Vol 2 of the movie. @thebestneverrest1985 Yes, her book is different, but so is every other version she tells. In her book she shows them doing less than this movie when she was 14, shows them doing MORE on the 62 trips when she was 17 in her book than the movie, and never accuses him of rape in her book like she does in Vol 2 of the movie. Most of what I was talking about here didn't come from her book however. Also, why did you say he could have just as easily married a woman who was 18 or 21, which she was?

I wanted to add they show her parents thought it was fine for her to visit because Elvis's father and grandmother were there so they thought it was chaperoned. Also, he knew her age, but I don't think he thought it was wrong to bring her to his room because as I said a nice girl then would not have let him so anything much less try to push him into having sex with her. Of course they didn't have intercourse or oral sex when she was 14, but I would believe intercourse before oral sex because even grown women DID NOT KNOW WHAT THAT WAS much less how to perform it! Believe me most guys didn't know about that either and most weren't having sex at all unless married. It was a more innocent time, and oral sex was not a replacement for intercourse like it is now.
