I have a Mac and whenever I tried to open a new window to test to accounts at the same time it converts to the same account as the previous one, how should I test my code if it works the status

When testing on localhost and I have two windows open and for two different users and refresh the page it logs one user out and and los in the other user. Is there a way to work around this for testing?

For example, I have here 2 accounts "username1" & "username2" When I log in the "username1" it works all fine I can see if "username2" is online or not. But when I press logout the table also displays "username1 as online" which is the current account used to log in then after that the page performs the logout functionality. What should I do?

Hello, go into "check_user.php" and "print" your "$current_timestamp". Seams to be you use wrong "default time zone". If time zone is your problem 1-> go to php.net/manual/en/timezones.php select your state/country . 2-> Database_conenction.php ->date_default_timezone_set('Europe/Budapest');

@@itxHuman you have to open two different browsers. If you try using the same browser it shares the session info .

Set time zone of your country. date_default_timezone_set('Asia/Dhaka');
When you go to different page, status will go offline.

i echo $user_last_activity; it doesn't show anything but timestap is working
Set time zone of your country. date_default_timezone_set('Asia/Dhaka');
If Online/offline status is not working ...Change timezone to your specific country e.g "Asia/Dhaka or Asia/Karachi"
