Protecting your capital is much more important than making money. Basically because if you lose your capital, making money is much harder. ''Missing the train'' vs. ''losing your money''. There are a lot of trains, but if your money is gone, it's over.

Jaspreet, I have a better solution for your avocado expenses. I suggest you plant a grafted avocado tree. It will begin production in about two years. By the fourth year, your tree will be producing (passive production since G-d waters it) about 100 avocadoes. You can eat fresh "free" avocadoes for about 5 months of the year and you can freeze in little Ziploc bags for the remaining 7 months -- or, like my youngest son did, he sold our avocado exceedent. With the money he saved between age 9 and 17, he bought himself his first apartment. So our avocado tree was the beginning of his wealth. 💚 May G-d bless you and protect you for all the good that you do teaching finances to the uninitiated.

@@GainesMediaInc Mostly yes. The meaning of the word means "native" which is used by any person to say that I am from a country that I belong to. Like an American saying "Desi" would mean he is from America. However, the word is a Hindi language word and is largely used in India. I don't think white people use it. figure out your total bills for the month divide it by 4.33 set aside that. then budget your necessities food gas exc... take that out save the rest how you want. THAT IS MY METHOD AND IT WORKS MUCH BETTER THAN PAYING YOURSELF FIRST. also, don't use credit of any kind credit is for poor people to stay poor

Well you can be old with no money which means you have no time to make money you're dead. But if you're young and broke you good you have time ,if you're young with money you're good, INVEST. But if you're old with money you can invest in volatile investments you can invest with volatility and you're good. but if you're old and you have no money no time you dead there's no way to come up and become wealthy unless you hit the lotto.

Here is the catch 22. Most people need good credit and cash to buy a house car whatever you buy. To have good credit you have to have debt loans credit cards whatever. You pay off your debt then your credit score drops then you have bad credit but debt free. Do you know what would happen to any high interest lender if everyone had good credit and saved instead of spending? They would all go out of business so that is why the government wants you in debt sad but true

Good point, which is why we should all save and keep them out of business. Those businesses are bad for the people.

Doctors are notoriously bad at managing their finances. I'm an RN and we probably save more. Statistically, teachers as a profession retire wealthy.

I don't see what is special about coffee either. I had it once at Starbucks and it was overpriced and rated. I can live without ever tasting coffee again. Tea is nice when I feel like drinking it. Aqua es mi bebida de elección.
