    Butter Chicken Biryani
    Ingredients:
    Boneless chicken 750 gm
    Tandoori masala ½ packet
    Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
    Vinegar 2 tbsp
    Chili powder 1 tsp
    Fenugreek 1 tsp
    All spice 1 tsp
    Green chilies 4 chopped
    Salt 1 tsp
    Orange color ½ tsp
    Hung curd ½ cup
    Other Ingredients
    Chopped coriander leaves 4 tbsp
    Rice boiled 750 gm with salt and whole spices
    Salt
    Whole spices
    Potatoes fried wedges 3
    Ingredients for Gravy
    Oil ½ cup
    Butter 4 ounce
    Cumin 1 tsp
    Cashew nuts 20 grinded
    Melon seeds 2 tbsp grinded
    Milk ½ cup
    Cream 1 packet
    Tomato puree ½ cup
    Chili powder 1 tsp
    All spice 1 tsp
    Sugar 1 tbsp
    Brown onion ½ cup
    Fenugreek 1 tsp
    METHOD
    Marinate chicken with all the ingredients for 1 hour, bake in oven for 30 mins on 180 D, remove and give dum of coal.
    METHOD FOR GRAVY
    Grind cashew and melon seeds with milk. Heat oil and butter, add cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, fry, add tomato puree, seasonings, and grinded nuts, all the spices, fry well, add in the baked chicken, cook for 5 mins. Lastly add coriander leaves.
    TO ASSEMBLE
    In a pan add ¼ water, ¼ cup oil, add half quantity of boiled rice followed by the butter chicken mixture, add fried potato wedges, remaining rice, sprinkle with brown onion, coriander and mint chopped, color, put on tawa ondum for 20 mins, serve hot with kachoomber and raita.

    Peri-Peri Chops
    Ingredients
    Mutton chops 750 gm
    Vinegar 2 tbsp
    Yogurt ½ cup
    Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
    Flour 4 tbsp
    Green chilies 4 julienned
    Tandoori color a pinch
    Curry leaves 15
    Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
    Ketchup ¼ cup
    Chili sauce 3 tbsp
    Peri-peri sauce 3 tbsp
    Peri-peri masala 1 tbsp
    Black pepper 1 tsp
    METHOD
    Boil chops in 2 cups water till chops nearly tender and water dries completely, marinate chops with all the given ingredients for 2 hours and deep fry. Heat oil in a wok, add green chilies and curry leaves, chopped garlic, fry, add all the remaining sauces, peri-peri masala, color, black pepper, fry well, add in fried chops, toss well, finally add coriander leaves, serve with fries.

    Ice Cream Soda Cupcakes
    Ingredients
    Flour 2 cups
    Sugar ¾ cup
    Baking powder 1 tsp
    Baking soda ½ tsp
    Salt ½ tsp
    Softened butter 1/3 cup
    Ice cream soda 1 cup
    Eggs 2
    Icing sugar to dust
    METHOD
    Pre-heat oven to 180 D, put liners in muffin tray, beat all the ingredients on low speed for 30 secs then on medium speed for 2 mins, divide batter evenly among muffin cups, bake for 20 mins, cool for 5 mins, remove cupcakes from pan, place on cooling racks to cool, sprinkle icing sugar.
