Stunning! Looks to have been incredibly well renovated. The one and only thing I'd change is the "radiateurs grille-pain" electric heaters (which explain the fairly high DPE) but to be honest that's such a minor thing. At this price, it's an absolute steal... I make it out to be approx €1200 p/sq. mtr. It's sadly in the wrong location for me though otherwise I'd be all over it.
My head is still spinning from the videographers movements. Its like he was trying to dance with the music. Very nice home. Well priced. Wish they gave more exterior views. Is that a river behind the house ? Listing says septic in the cellar ? Is that an oddity in france ? Or because of lack of usable land for it because of the river ? Looks like a garage in building in courtyard of property. Is that included ? Is there a dishwasher in kitchen ? Would be such a waste to gouge out a place for it in the nice kitchen, but couldnt live without one.
it is called "Last to Know" and it is from the TH-cam Studio basic list of music that is free to use without crediting the composer etc. So sadly All I can see about it is the actual title, there is no further detail available, sorry I cannot give you more info but I do agree it is very nice tune, David.
