Some, especially young/newly rooted. Mature dragons, especially many hybrids grow like spring all winter long in zone 9b.
I have a plant I'm not sure what type of dragon fruit it is. I was told it was natural Mystic but it looks different

Mr. Woo is very productive, but the fruit is always just ok. Our family never liked it very much, so it got the 🪓
