Watch out with the sunroof’s they’ve had problems with them leaking. Please check the Honda forums.

Elite adds Perforated Leather Seating holes in tiny holes in seats. Elite adds Ventilated front Seats. Elite adds Heads-Up Display
Elite adds 360 Multi-View Camera System. Puddle entry lights,
Elite adds full Digital instrument gauge. Not sure if Touring gets 2nd Row Outboard heated seats like Elite. Elite adds Heated Steering Wheel. That would be an option you would have to buy on Touring trim. The Elite adds Rain Sensing windshield wipers. Also has Heated Windshield Wiper Zone. Elite adds Power Folding side mirrors. The Elite has Auto-Dimming side mirrors not sure if Touring has that.

A lot more features 360 Multi-View Camera System. Ventilated Front Seats. Perforated Leather Seating on Elite. Heads-Up Display in windshield. Full Digital instrument gauge cluster in Elite.
Not sure Touring has 2nd Row Outboard Heated Seats Elite has them. Elite comes with Heated Steering Wheel. It would be an added option on Touring.
Elite has Power Folding side mirrors. Touring does not.
Elite also has Auto Dimming side mirrors not sure if Touring has.
Elite has Rain Sensing windshield wipers. Elite has Heated wiper windshield zone.

Black Edition is appearance package of Elite same features.

You forget to mention the VCM, this transmission is not smooth. It does not know where it wants to be. I bought a 2024 elite . Not 1 review mentions the VCM...vehicle cylinder manegment.
