I'm admittedly biased towards Mini-Cons and Bumblebee, but I like all of them from this line. This is one of my favorite Bumblebees, though I wish he came with a weapon. So few of him has any way to protect himself in battle.

Honestly, I think a big part of why that Jetfire is so beloved is because at the time it was generally assumed that the licensing issues would prevent anything beyond color scheme homages on unrelated jet figures, so actually getting something that was specifically designed as the character and came relatively close to his original appearance was absolutely mind-blowing in and of itself

Did you catch that the Minicon Teams are supposed to be references to the Combiner Teams in G1 (except the Dinobots which is obvious who they reference)
Clear Skies - Aerialbots
Demolition - Combaticons or Constructicons
Dinobots - Dinobots
Dirt Diggers - Stunticons
Night Rescue - Protectobots
Predator Attack - Predacons
You can argue we actually never got a Combaticon team (if you don’t think Demolition was for that) and we never got a Technobot Team but otherwise the Minicons were supposed to be referenced to the Combiners 100%

Classics’ aesthetic is what I wish Generations would turn to in the next few years. We’re closer than ever to having “perfect” Sunbow-accurate versions of the whole cast, so why not go back to the old formula of making new designs for old friends?
