Ma'am why we took weight of FeSO4 two times that of NH4SO4

Harshdeep, it is because we have to take equimolar quantities of hydrated ferrous sulphate (m.wt=260g) and ammonium sulphate (m.wt=132g)

mam i made the mohr salt crystals like after mixing it in simple distleed wate without boiling i filter it then added h2so4 then i heated it but my crystals didnt formed ;-; even after one day plz rply ast mam ;-;

Its probably because you require boiled water to remove the air gaps inside the water
But you didnt boil it
Or because you added h2so4 after adding the water basically favouring the hydrolysis
Anyhow it doesnt matter anymore 😂❤
