Peachy, in Jimin's defense, when he punched the table, it was because Tae pulled the chair out from under him, and he fell pretty hard. I mean, I'd be pissed too. While most of the time, he is playing, I think he was genuinely upset there, but he usually plays it off pretty quickly. He did tend to get angered more often when he was younger, but he also got pranked and teased a lot in that time, too. Boys are so mean, but tend to not hold grudges.
I also agree that the Busan accent compilation with JM and JK would be a good one to watch.

Busan accent is aggressive and strong. When Jimin was fighting with V over the chipps in the car, jimin was talking in busan accent there.

I just watched this week the show where Jimin and Jin were guests. They were awesome, Jin was hilarious as always and they both gave very good advice. And yes Jimin’s face when they were talking to that boy, was no joke!🔥
Jimin (all of them actually) was much more hot tempered and sensitive when younger, they've talked about that quite a lot.
Also the other members have said that Jimin and Hobi are the members who are the scariest when they get mad.
Jimin gets angry a lot, and over small things too, and the members said that too haha. Taehyung and Jungkook are the youngest and partners in crime. They love to joke and play a lot. Suga and Jimin fight a lot and are very funny 🤣

I think we can say a little more about Jimin's dual personality. Where he's a tough guy, hot guy and soft guy. Back in the day he used to put on a tough guy persona. I know he can still do that. He's not all mushy and gushy. 😊

yes Jimin uses a Busan accent. Since Jungkook is also from Busan, the same thing comes out in Jungkook. Each member speaks a dialect. Originally, standard Korean had almost no accent. Dialects have accents when speaking.

6:38 Daegu is not Hobi but where Tae and Yoongi is from. Hobi is from Gwangju has a jeollado dialect (satoori). Jimin and JK are Busan, Busan satoori.
I think there are both satoori videos for each of them separate but also compilations for them divided by accent like the Daegu boys and the Busan boys and Hobi. And also of vmin using their accents and talking about expressions.
BTS also has a song called Satoori Rap but the fact that it is in their different dialects is ofcourse lost in translation.
There was also a Run ep (edit: actually this ep 12:31) when they had to guess what different things said in different Korean dialects means etc. but that is of course also a bit hard to follow and understand if you don't know Korean.

From what I understand, Jimin did a lot of work on his anger early on, so he’s definitely calmed down. He’s really sweet until he absolutely is not. If he ever talked to and glared at me like he did to the plushie guy, I’d dig a hole and never leave.
Definitely watch the Busan accent one. It’s an intense accent.
Joon and Jin grew up in the suburbs of Seoul, so they don’t have a satoori. Tae and Yoongi are from Daegu, Hobi is from Gwangju, and Jimin and JK are from Busan. They all adopted Seoul accents, but their satooris slip out when they’re mad.

The other members have said that Jimin angered easily when he was younger. In fact, JK and V admitted to the other members that they had to pull Jimin aside and talk to him about his anger and to stop being like that. With age (and maybe being able to show his true self with time), he’s less angry. The members do say that he’s still the scariest when angered. I love him and he’s come a long way to become the “cutie, sexy, lovely, sweet guy.”

@@Brightney_Khloe Kendo, Hapkido, Geomdo, Taekwondo, man has boxing for more than 4 years now, and also has military training now, the top/best soldier in their unit, is in the fire artillery department, riding tanks and all. Did KCTC, the hardest military training in SK, that US Marines also go through. He's built like an assassin at this point.

They even have a song about their different dialects called Paldogangsan / Satoori Rap. It's on the O!RUL8,2? album. Suga and Tae are from Daegu, Jimin and Jungkook are from Busan, Hobi is from Gwangju. Those boys have a very distinct dialect. Daegu and Busan dialect supposed to sound very manly while the Gwangju accent sounds very friendly. Jin is from Gwacheon and RM from Ilsan which are both in the Seoul area and they don't have a distinct dialect but speak Standard Korean.

It's really difficult for non natives to distinguish satoori accurately, so if you just want to hear him speaking satoori, videos made by Koreans will be helpful.
Also I think Jimin was more sensitive back then, but he hasn't shown that in front of the camera. Most of the Jimin angry moments seem like just joking or acting to me🤔

Hi, Peachy! Just a little trivia. In 9:19, where you said JK and the rest playing the mafia game... ARMY correct me if I'm wrong please... but the shirt that JK is wearing was given to him by Whoopi Goldberg when BTS guested a US talk show. I remember the black and white paisley print.
I thought the same, but when I went back and looked, they are both black and white, but the print is a bit different. I thought it was cool when Whoopi literally gave her the shirt off her back. She said she designed it and there was movement in the print, which she thought matched them. Jungkook was later seen wearing it under his jacket. So cool💜💜💜
The incident with the girl is not that serious. It looks like she is being pushed but the real story is that he (family of the girl) encourages her to take a photo with BTS during a radio show when she is shy. The members might look agitated but knowing the circumstances it could also be confused.

Honestly it makes sense that jimin was pissed off at v often when they were younger. Both have told us so many stories and enough to say that v did trouble him a lot so it makes sense he would get pissed.
Snatching chips when we all know how sensitive they are about food.
Not changing bed after jm did that for him.
Not waking up on time when they both go to school together.
Not listening to him. Always pranking him.
Not thinking about his pov like dumpling incident (altho both sides are understandable but i side with jm more as an Asian, manners are first and foremost for us regardless of anything).
Pulling his chair in front of the cameras as rookies when we all know how sensitive they were to look good for the camera back then.
Calling him attention seeker in front of a camera when it's literally not true and not an issue to be bought up on camera. It was a serious issue when he mentioned it on camera without ever actually talking to him about it in person. Members had to change the topic to something else cz it got serious.
Saying he likes men back in 2013/14 when we know just how homophobic that country is, he said it on the radio without thinking about the consequences for a rookie like jimin.
Saying he's mentally ill for liking men in a fansign.
Saying that it's unfair that jm is in the middle even tho he's not. No member would agree as it has always been jungkook. Jm only ever centred in his part or when he pulls a stunt according to the choreography.
This is just what we have seen on camera, there could be so much more that we don't know so obviously he was always pissed at him. Obviously he grew up, v grew up and they started understanding each other more leading to become besties but yup it totally makes sense for him to be angry at him most of the time.
With yoongi tho, it's just playful bickering lol, nothing serious that we know about yet. Ig they have always had that understanding so they're playful 😂😂
