Diana is secretly my go to champion for jungle and mid vs fighter or ranged champion. the reason why Diana is forgotten is because Riot remove any Bruiser AP item with MR. and only only 1 AP item with Armor. which limit her potential as AP bruiser. if you build her assassin like this you often get countered by a strong AD-MR items and good team could burst her faster so she cant even survive a dive in late game.

Just go gathering storm and through on that ap armor item and a twinguard. Diana is very strong to where she can operate with only 2-3 damage items

now you click and it channels by itself. u can click again to cancel it. but the best part is, u can move, flash, stasis and everything WHILE using ult

i'm not sure what you mean by 'tactics', but yeah you no longer needs to channel the ult, just need one tap to cast it, can re-tap to end it sooner
while her passive is time based now instead of limited to 3 hits per cast
