Hey Chris. Just tried this recipe on my Weber Smokey Mountain. Amazing sauce. So good. I went with your version and I think it still needs a bit more sweetness,maybe more honey and molasses. But an amazing sauce.The cayenne pepper gives it a nice bite at the back. but needs to be sweeter.
Mother's BBQ ...made them today and used a bacon-molasses rub. That sauce is amazing!! Bottled the extra for chicken on the grill this weekend! Thanks again!

The name reminds me of 'Durban Gold' which is most definitely not a BBQ sauce! lol The sauce looks great. I like to freestyle my sauces and marinades, but I'll certainly try this one...

Mark Hunt The rebar not only allows you to hang meat in the cooker but it also controls the temp. By regulating how much air can flow through the PBC. I’ve had a PBC for almost a year now and I can attest that it’ll do chicken better than anything else out there. The PBC is the best $300 a backyard chef can spend.
Looks great, but I would add some serious heat like mango habanero or Heartbreaking Dawn's apple/pear Trinidad scorpion. I know that most people don't like heat, though.
